Early delivery.
Well, the flowers arrived just a few hours after I ordered them. Unfortunately, our wedding anniversary is on August 12. I stipulated for the flowers to be delivered on that date.
At least my wife liked them.

Could easily be better
There are some great tools here, that are not accessible if ordering flowers internationally. A user can save addresses to a contacts list within the website, but when ordering flowers, the user cannot autofill the recipient's address from the contact list. This is only available domestically. It's quite frustrating, and defeats the purpose of the contacts list in the first place.

Very Disappointed with the service and their customer service - ordered a bouquet of flowers from London for a friend’s funeral in Copenhagen. Provided a contact Number for them to call if not being able to reach the family at the point of delivery, no calls were made and the order was returned to the shop. Offered to pay for delivery multiple times, as they do deliveries every single day - was given the only option as to come and pick it up from the shop. So inconsiderate and disappointing …

Sorry for your disappointment! We have read into your case and see that the florist tried to deliver but no one let them in the building, and the number you provided was not working. They tried to call you to rearrange a new delivery even if delivery fee was already used up, but since you were not to reach they decided that the only way were to arrange the pickup from the flower shop.

I'm not sure they have been delivered yet but I was disappointed that it was only at the end of the sales process that I found it there was a delay for delivery dates.
