We used European Removal Services for the first time to transport a large piece of furniture from Kent to the South of Spain. Wayne who made arrangements for our delivery provided us with a first class service throughout the process. We are happy to say that our package arrived today in perfect condition within the time frame provided. We will definitely use their service again as well as recommending European Removal Services to others who require a similar service.

I came across European Removal Services after being badly let down by another removal service. Wayne and Neil were a pleasure to deal with, very thorough and provided me with a good and fair price to transport my goods to Spain. I was kept informed throughout and my items arrived in Spain as expected and completely intact. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend

We recently used European removals for our house move and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Neil replied to our initial enquiry, and he managed the whole process from start to finish. The quote we received was competitive and Neil calmy organised the logistics for the agreed date. Our driver Ian a real force of nature was fantastic, cheerful, helpful, and clearly experienced in loading and transporting furniture. All in all they made what I am sure could be a stressful experience go smoothly through good communication, thank you both.

The company was very clear from the start about cost, organisation, and timing. The price was very competitive; excellent customer service at both ends; no delays and we were always well informed about pick up and delivery. We would definitely use ERS in the future.

From the very first contact, the service was top-notch. I'd particularly like to call out Wayne Campbell who was my principal contact throughout a fairly tricky international shipment process. Really, really helpful and friendly through the whole business. If I had one minor gripe, it was that the driver who picked up the items in the UK clearly wasn't happy about having to actually do any of the loading. (And a trolley such as a train station porter's one would have helped a lot!) But otherwise the firm were very good throughout, including being the cheapest of the three quotes I received. Would certainly recommend.

I received excellent services from European Removal Services ! best in class customer interaction from the first contact, precise explanation, fast and quality work throughout the entire process. The person in charge of the removal and delivery, Riz, has been very professional, respectful and polite. You deserve the money you earn as you deliver beyond expectations !

European removals are an excellent company. I had had a bad experience with another removals company and lost quite a bit of money and so I was naturally hesitant and concerned about finding another one. Neil was very patient and understanding and provided me with exactly the service I required. My possessions were delivered to the south of France on time and safely and everything was in good condition when it arrived. I am thinking of sending some more belongings to Franceand I will definitely use Neil and European removals the next time. Cannot recommend enough.

European Removals handled a shipment of Personal Effects from UK to Portugal during September 2025. They provided an excellent service from collection to deliver, handling valued items with care and respect. Collected on the day stated, and delivered on time as agreed in Portugal. Perfect!

I would like to thank Neil, Martin and his wonderful team for helping me with the most horrific experience of moving abroad.
The level of customer care was outstanding: Neil’s patience, professionalism and compassion have revived my faith in human race. I have approached at least four other companies and they all made it look like an impossible task for me to do : the requirements for packing, weighing, measuring and itemising all my household stuff were impossible for me to comply with.

Neil explained everything in a very simple terms so my anxiety level was reduced to nearly zero after first conversation with him. He also worked really hard to find the best option for me price wise - I did not make it easy for him at all as I had no idea how much space and how much weight all my stuff will come to. In the end it all worked out beautifully : the van came (on time), my boxes were loaded (without me being there), the drivers kept me updated on their journey and crossing the border, they arrived to a destination on time - downloaded everything - without me being there again (!) - NOTHING WAS DAMAGED.

I have never felt so supported and cared for by strangers in my life. Thank you, Neil - I will highly recommend you to anyone, who is not very confident in housemoving. And I will definitely call on your services again in a very near future. Because “no jobs are too small for you”. Am I right?

I first came across European Removal Services here on Trustpilot and was really impressed. Not just by their strong reviews, but by how level-headed and reasonable their responses were to the few negative ones. It gave me confidence they’d handle things professionally, and I was right.

My partner and I relocated from London to Barcelona for work, and the whole experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Neil and Wayne were professional, responsive, and flexible throughout. The pickup crew in London were careful and efficient, and our belongings arrived in Barcelona within a week of us landing.

Really happy we chose them. If we ever move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them a second time.

We moved from the Uk to Italy earlier this year 2025. We used European removals as we'd used them to move from Italy to the uk 4 years previous. The first move was superb in that we only gave them 4 days notice. They had a driver in Pisa and he arrived on our doorstep as soon as he could. We booked our second move already with the knowledge that we had an excellent and trustworthy company.
The day of the move we had 2 drivers with Luton vans who arrived earlier than we'd asked which is impressive. They packed up both vans and expected no assistance from us, again very impressive. They set off for Italy ( as did we in the car) and arrived on our 'new doorstep at exactly the time they promised.
Not one item was damaged or broken and they without complaint, emptied their vans of our belongings and took them up the 2 flights of stairs, always asking where we wanted them to go.
The drivers were polite, professional but down to earth and extremely entertaining!
The whole experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and we were actually sad to see them go.

We hired European Removal Services for our move abroad and everything went very smoothly, from arranging dates, advice on paperwork, to the move itself. Everything was loaded up in the morning and dropped off on the other side the next morning. The cost was very affordable as well! Couldn't ask for anything more.

Couldn’t have asked for a quicker or more seamless move, was extremely panicked and stressed as I had to move from the Netherlands to UK within a very short window, ERS were slick, solution driven and calming.
Staff were friendly and put me at ease. Everything was packed well and arrived back in the UK quickly and safely.

The move was carried out very professionally with no problems. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend this Removal Service to anybody thinking of a move.

I found ERS online by chance and they were immediately on the ball about our removal and could offer us dates for pick-up and delivery which were perfect for us even though it was at short notice! All the paperwork was clear and the office was always on hand to help. Our delivery driver picked up the furniture in France with no problems and delivered it to us in England 2 days later - all with a cheerful smile and friendly chat. If i ever have to move furniture again, ERS will be my first choice and I will recommend them to anyone else in a similar position.

The whole experience was seamless. Since the first contact to delivery. We asked for a delivery of our furnishings to Belgium with about 2/3 weeks notice. The team was always super quick in handling our queries, sorting out customs and liaising with us until the good were delivered giving us real-time updates. The delivery team was also incredible and very efficient with 2 men unloading everything in just 1h30. To top it all off, they were very sociable which made the process much more pleasant. Thank you once again and we will definitely go back to you in future should the need arise!

No nonsense. Great team; from quote to final box delivered to the south of France, superb service. Not the most polished trucks but certainly a shining team of experienced movers. Would recommend, no issue. Our move was from York and the team advised on the required paperwork and the optimal size truck needed for our home (family of three moved a four bed house). Very competitive pricing.

It's hard to find a company you want to trust with your personal items, I did my research and found European Removal Services Ltd, the reviews were very good and this is why I chose them. So it made sense for me to give them a review.
It was 5 star all the way, the price was very reasonable compared to some.
The communication was great, the guys that came and collected our stuff was fantastic, moved our items quickly and with care, and very polite. It was a week later, that we were unpacking our items in Spain. Great guys again, arrived a bit early, but as we were not on site they did another job and came back to us later. Perfect.
No Stress, no drama.
I would highly recommend this company. I have a couple of bits to move early next year and would be using them again 100%.
