TRYING to watch Melbourne tennis women's finale, they have showed us 3,5 games of 8, interrupting games to show commercials?! Suddenly they showed some cycling, which they seem to love, because several tennis games have been cycling instead. Drunk intern?

The Cube - lead. There is bad, really bad and absolutely appalling. I literally have to turn the volume off due to the shrillness of the anchor on the The Cube. What on earth are you thinking Eurosport?

Absolutely appalling biased commentary on the Djokovic v Sinner match. According to the idiot commentator Sinner wins because Djokovic had an off day. No constructive commentary just Djokovic, Djokovic. Djokovic.

I've given up with this service / channel. They cancel or change schedules last minute. So.etimes they show repeats of performances etc, causing the programme to overrun. This then results in missing the start of the next event.
I like watching the biathlon and cross country skiing, but the coverage is so poor now, so I have given up trying.

I settled down to watch the skiing (men’s slalom) only to find women’s tennis was being broadcast instead. Very disappointing. The programme was scheduled as skiing and the description on screen was also skiing. Is it beyond the realms of your technology to inform us of changes?

After I renewed my annual subscription I no longer can use the service (iPhone, AppleTV or browser), nothing works. It does not recognize my purchase, does not allow me to repurchase, no way to access live content. Link in their website to “help desk” leads to nowhere, complete bugged. I have been trying to find a valid email adress or phone number where to call for three days. Not the first time that I have issues with this, but first time that I cannot find any way to reach them. What a nightmare, Australian Open in tennis just on-going.

Very good channel apart from the rubbish presenter in snooker he’s useless should stick to kids programmers like blue Peter he only reads facts from paper he’s got nothing to offer a viewer at all lifeless boring keep Rachel Casey on channel he’s hopeless in presenting

Watching the 2nd Run of the Ladies GS from Lienz. We can hear all the background noise but the commentary is really low kin volume. This is not the only time this has happened this season in the ski racing commentary.

I no longer see the speech bubble icon on my Samsung tv app. All ad free content has only ambient sound and no option to set to English commentary. Used to be fine. iPhone app works and has the speech bubble icon. Contacted the help desk via chat twice and both times disconnected by the Eurosport agent after I explained the issue, no resolution. Very unprofessional.

I subscribe to discovery+ to watch the snooker.

Pros:
I like how much coverage there is.

Cons:
The sound quality from the playing area is horrible. The commentators sound fine but any ball contact from the cue or another ball, and audience applause, is horribly tinny.

I don't like how many of the commentators haven't been professional players, the players make for much better commentators IMO, though I appreciate this might be subjective.

It's a convoluted process navigating to the sport you want to watch as there are so many, there doesn't seem to be a way to favourite sports you watch regularly.

After months of immense frustration with trying to use Eurosport and then talking to their helpdesk, I've demanded a refund.
With Eurosport Player, I had a great service, using Chromecast to cast to my state of the art LG TV. In January 2023 they cancelled the Player and I was no longer able to watch on my LG TV as for some reason, Eurosport supports only certain Samsung TVs. I am not interested in watching on my laptop....I want to watch my sports on a large TV screen. Anyway, I use my laptop for work so I cannot to both at the same time. However, I was still able to watch Eurosport on my LG TV by watching On Demand. So I was quite happy to watch the previous day's Vuelta/Giro/Tour stage On Demand on my TV. But some months into 2023, the service changed. Now even using On Demand, all I could get was sound and no picture. The Help Desk is no help at all. It really is a case of Little Britain's 'The Computer Says No'. Early on in my complaints with them, I had an email telling me that there was a problem watching On Demand and it was being fixed. It never was. Since then, they repeat parrot fashion "LG TVs are not supported" and do not acknowledge that for months I was watching On Demand on my LG TV. I've had enough now and have asked for a refund. They have changed the parameters for watching Eurosport mid-contract and unless I pay more for Apple TV, a Firestick or buy a Samsung TV, I cannot watch on my TV

Got the app for the winter sport which is pretty good, apart from some of the English commentators . Especially the guy doing Nordic combined , might have to stop watching it , terrible English , and he uses there words Here and There once or twice in every sentence, hard work listening to him , will turn the sound off ,please somebody talk to him

Eurosport are more than happy to take funds in AUD from an Australian address but then nothing is available to watch in Australia If and when you finally get hold of customer service you just get told "no refund"

After all these years they're still a shitshow of an operation. Like sceensport before them. TV listing always wrong , times always wrong. Sometimes on 1 channel , sometimes on another, sometimes streaming. This inc the same sporting event being broken up on the same day. So confusing. Most people just give up and stop following the sport they once loved. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Seems even worse since involved with tnt sport and that awful rachel stringer, she can't even talk properly , what the hell is she even doing in media. Take her microphone away , ffs. Absolutely amateurs 0 stars

Does anyone else have an issue with being billed by Eurosport but unable to access the service?
I discovered that Eurosport had taken £40 from my current account using a five year old debit card number. Having been told by my bank that there is a special understanding about subscriptions and I couldn't have my money back, I tried to access the service but got the message that I have to upgrade my subscription.
I then wrote to Eurosport to ask for a refund but I have yet to get a response.

Just watching the Superstock 1000 from Donnington Park on demand. The issue is the commentary is two corners ahead of the video which is very annoying. The riders were still on the grid waiting for the lights to go out but the commentary was telling us they had already started. What's wrong with Eurosport? This streaming lark is not fit for anything and certainly a backward step for TV viewing.

I agree with Elizabeth. Incredibly annoying that we were told the results of other races, when we planned to watch later on on demand. And the commentating on Wsbk is abysmal at times. James Toseland's mouth runs three times faster than his brain, spouting incoherent garbage at times. And when watching anything other than Eurosport 1 or 2,why do they turn off the post race interviews and grid walks? Pay presenters good money never to be heard? Baffling.

Currently watching the US open final.Dropping and freezing.I hope the move to Discovery plus sorts out the dreadful coverage and service.It’s not my internet connection everything else is fine.

I’m watching La Vuelta and the coverage is superb. Some of us watch every pedal turn of a Grand Tour and the helicopter footage of mountain villages and places of interest adds to the overall enjoyment of the routes taken by the cyclists and the challenges they face.
Anyone with a modicum of knowledge of the funding of professional cycling will realise that towns/cities/districts bid to secure the presence of races in their area and therefore expect a degree of promotion.

Just watched the latest 'highlights' show of the Vuelta 2023, note the emphasis on 'highlights'. This was a mountain stage and 2/3 of the show was watching the bunch ride along flat roads, with the commentators wittering on about how great it was going to be when they hit the mountains. Just as they start to ascend they cut to a break and the coverage returns with the peleton split apart and all the action missed. The production is just amateurish and boring and does nothing to encourage new viewers.
