I joined eurosport to watch tennis because it had Ambient Sound which meant that you could listen to crowd, ball bouncing and umpire without having to hear the commentaries. Laver cup this week - ambient sound facility has disappeared and we are having to listen to unending banal commentaries which ruin the match or turn the sound off completly which loses all the atmosphere of the tennis. I wonder why they have removed this facility - definately a backward step.

I’m a big tennis fan and of Federer. Really excited about the laver cup format but cannot understand why Europsort don’t give us what this unique tournament offers. Especially disappointed because this was Federers last event as a pro with the other big 3
1) The coaching between players in breaks - I don’t need to hear Tim Henmen when the players on the court are exchanging opinions.
2) Where did all the behind the scenes stuff go in the locker room

So much of the richness of the experience of getting close to the players and coaches is taken away by Eurosport - Why???

It's rubbish - twice the feed has dropped out at crucial points and times and there is no sound when the commentators are shown at their desk. Completely missed them talking to Federer just now. So disappointing -. Not worth paying for.

Eurosport VERY poor!!!, very difficult to navigate, no sound when Todd Woodbridge and co-presenter talking, no commentary during match. Amazon Prime tennis coverage far superior. I lost last 40 mins or so of Federer/Nadal match on Friday night and it took ages to get back on by which time match was finished - I was bitterly disappointed and not a little 😡

Am watching Laver cup in German, but please tell the German comentator to keep quiet during interviews in English. It is impossible to understand anything if two people are talking at the same time, and worse even in two different languages. We want to hear the voice of the tennis players and not the German commentator. He can give a resume afterwards. Even Germans understand some English.

The coverage of world superbikes with especially the commentary of the experienced james toseland is the best , just so edge of your seat brilliant

Spent my money to watch the laver cup. The coverage was appalling, sound was shocking, silence a number of times when presenters were speaking. Surely they should be aware how dreadful it is

Pathetic! Mostly videos for 2 minutes, lot of stupid commentaries worth nothing, matches results? Oh, yes they recently added MMA but only UFC Fight Night events. Well, that is not enough to make me keep paying. Come on, I better throw 40 euros out of window than paying this fraud!

We are trying to watch Eurosport highlights of La Vuelta, but the intrusive background noise (presumably of camera motorbikes and helicopters) is making this almost unbearable. This was never a problem during ITV4 coverage of the Tour de France.

Why is there 2 WTA MATCHES ON E1 and E2, please fix this and keep at least one channel for ATP

Love watching the cycling on eurosport, but stuggle to stay awake with the commentary from the older commentators,who lack any sparkle!

I signed up to watch the giro and women's tour de France this year and was very disappointed with the coverage compared to the excellent ITV4 coverage of the Tour de France. The Eurosport commentators are nowhere near as well informed or as interesting to listen to. They over dramatise the action all the time instead of a thoughtful analysis. It is disappointingly tabloid in style. The editing of the highlights is extremely poor with no attempt to summarise the background that has been edited out. They will not attract new audiences in the way that ITV4 did.

Thanks for the coverage of World Superbike. But please get James Toseland to shut up! He never stops trying to overwhelm with his knowledge and experience as he sees it. Combined with some of the rubbish that Greg Haines comes out with, it’s a great platform ruined!

Terrible quality of their lives, they plug and unplug with no reason the audio. plus there's no quality choice so you're stuck with 4k at all times

I am very grateful to Eurosport for its help. As I speak not very good english, it was a little difficult for me to explain my problem and however Ilham understood it quickly and could help me.
It was a mistake of mine: I gave first an email address but paid the annual pass with a second address. I was surprised that it didn't work on my first address and then paid a monthly pass. But I wondered where my annual pass had disappeared. All's well that ends well. Thank you very much.

I have just had an online help chat and guidance with eurosport, as I couldn't understand why I couldn't get live and ondemand wimbledon tennis. After uninstalling and reinstalling the operator said there is no live and ondemand wimbledon tennis only highlights and finals matches. Even though it is advertised on eurosport website you can watch live and ondemand wimbledon tennis. Eurosport is now done through discovery+, which is useless!

In-between the Grand Slams there is basically NO coverage of women's tennis. Sexist of Eurosport to cover several men's tournaments: Halle, London, Den Bosch.
Where are the Women???
