Why does Eurosport have the Cyclocross rights to broadcast? Always campaign it and no broadcasting. I will never pay extra if eurosports have the rights.

I bought the subscription just to watch the Australian Open tennis. Do you know how annoying it is to constantly have the results of other matches given out by commentators when I'm watching a match? To give the Nadal result was unforgiveable. Simon Reed you are the worst for this!

Watched the epic Murray match at the AO yesterday, absolutely no commentary available to listen to, despite no other matches being in play. Coverage randomly stopped at one point and had to search through multiple screenings, all untitled to find it again.

Whether there is commentary and for some unknown reason viewers aren’t able to actually hear it I don’t know but it is appalling either way.

I wish I could rate it “0”. Never seen such bad coverage for any tennis ATP in my life (and I have followed tennis as a tennis player for 30 years). Impossible to find the match I want to watch (the match labelling is completely wrong) then when I finally get to see a match realise there is zero commentary (what am I paying Eurosports for - no wonder all the younger generation are streaming without paying!!). Shameful, you deserve what you get; ie everyone leaving tv sports, it’s embarrassing!!

Live tennis being played now. Eurosport showing matches that have finished. Or, they spend 20 minutes talking, showing no tennis while there are matches going on. POOR.

with the old system it was simple to use. you could watch on demand for everything going back the whole year. now.......where are the Biathlon Videos for the season? where are the skiing videos? these are just two of many that i cannot find. i have contacted Eurosport, they gave me a remedy, but it did not work, now they ignore me. If i cant watch on Demand, i dont watch at all.......so they either fix it, or i cancel, and I imagine a lot of their customers will do the same

Dakar looks odd this year.. it seems to be two guys playing with coloured balls??? Some game called snooker?

In all seriousness, as others have said, Dakar is a once a year event, in the uk our only option is Eurosport... how can they get it wrong so many days in a row! So either they have just not broadcast a days stage at all and its an hours worth of snooker instead, or have pretty much broadcast 40min of snooker and then 15min worth of the Dakar before the scheduled recordings stop!

Saying that the Dakar is on at 1030 on eurosport 2 waited up for it and it's snooker. Get your listings right. I don't care about snooker, the Dakar is once a year. Shocking

Only gave a one star as you cannot go any lower. Yet again Dakar is replaced with snooker for the last 2 days running. Pathetic…..

Awful. Gone downhill this year..worse content, worse navigation and hard to view content out of home country in native language. Definitely won´t renew

Eurosport as an organisation created policies to actively discriminate upon NON Europeans living in Europe. Their policies of subscription exclude certain demographics of people segregating them into groups who are disallowed to access paid services.
In this day and age, and especially in Europe, active discriminative policies should be illegal.
SHAME ON YOU EUROSPORT!!!

No coverage of Day 1 of the Dakar, got some desert trialalon instead? Day 2 wasn't much better first few minutes was a technical fault message and then a narrow picture appeared. Glad I haven't paid a subscription for this and never will. They can't guarantee you'll get what you pay for.

Eurosport has gone to crap, where is the Dakar coverage, when it is meant to be on live they show you adventure racing or ski jumping, try to watch on demand and they still show you some other sport or last years race

I've tried to watch the paris Dakar rally and now it's the second day and still not showing on eurosport at all yet even when thay have it advertised,,,!!!!!!!

In late September 2022 a scheduled Eurosport live streamed sports event broadcast failed. The failure occurring at exactly the start of a scheduled evening event, live streaming suddenly going off, the message "The content you're trying to view is currently unavailable in your location. Contact customer support for more details". There was also no on demand service either the error message 503 appearing. Both situations existed when trying to view via an Amazon Firestick, 2 laptops and a desktop pc through both the Chrome and Firefox browsers. These messages continued to show for some 2.5 hours after which both live and on demand services suddenly reappeared at exactly the time the live event was due to finished.

Checks had confirmed no issues at our end so Eurosport was contacted that same day providing them with all these details. Their initial response came through a week later and as expected was somewhat generic in nature. Photos of the various screens taken at that time were then sent to them at their request together with the following questions as we appeared to be getting nowhere in respect of an explanation ...

- What is the meaning behind such a Eurosport generated “unavailable in your location” message?
- Under what circumstances would Eurosport generate such a “unavailable in your location” message?
- Under what circumstance would Eurosport be unavailable in my location?
- Under what circumstance would such a message be continually generated on all Eurosport platforms for a period of 2.5 hours, the Eurosport service then suddenly reappearing on all platforms as previously explained?
- If such a circumstance reoccurs, who can I contact in Eurosport while the problem persists?
- Also, why did we get the 503 error message?

After some 8 weeks of messaging Eurosport suddenly advised that indeed they did have an on demand problem at that time, however, they will not tell me why it took them 8 weeks to advise me of this. They did say that this issue would not affect live streaming. So it was a coincidence then!!!?? They also advised that the “unavailable in your location” questions I raised had been forwarded onto their technical team for a response and as a gesture of goodwill had extended my subscription for 1 month free of charge!!!

Now 10 weeks after the failure and still pushing for answers to my questions Eurosport again suddenly advised that their technical team had found the root cause and were able to fix the issue. Also advising that as a commercial gesture they have added one extra month (another) to my subscription. Again the situation begs the question as to why has it taken Eurosport 10 weeks to admit that they had live streaming issues!?

It is now 13 weeks after my original complaint and on my third Eurosport Customer Support person, I have again asked for answers to my questions. I would like to understand what happened so that I can make my own informed decision as to the likelihood of a reoccurrence. In other words, I want the confidence in knowing that Eurosport won’t let me down again and that I am not wasting my time planning the viewing of a scheduled live sporting event that Eurosport possibly may or may not show. As a paying customer I feel I am entitled to answers to the questions I have raised.

From all this the only conclusion that can be drawn at this point in time is that Eurosport had an issue that they are not willing to explain maybe because it could reoccur. This looks bad on themselves and also their owners Warner Bros. Discovery.

Horrible sound quality, for some weeks now its so distorted, i mute sound when looking snooker Scottish open.

Last night I was not able to watch UFC 281. I am trying to catch up and watch it online but cannot find it anywhere on the Eursoport Player. I tried everything and the event is nowhere to be seen. Is there any known issue regarding this event? Enlighten me please.
