I purchased a Ford Puma yesterday and I just had to leave a review because I was so happy with the service I received. I was helped by Max and he was so chill and down to earth. He wasn't smarmy or creepy as some salesmen can be.
I'm autistic and have ADHD and I struggle with things like this. He was understanding and he explained everything in a way that I was able to take in so I felt comfortable and didn't feel out of my depth.

Hold onto him. He's a good salesman.

Friendly helpful staff, the work was carried out in a professional manner, in a reasonable time scale. A courtesy car was provided, which was appreciated. My car was cleaned, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

The Motability rep (don't think I am allowed to mention her by name on here) is fantastic. Very approachable, helpful and friendly and the atmosphere of the showroom is very welcoming, unlike the dealership at Mansfield we originally went to which comprised of young males in suits messing about and listening to rap music at inappropriate volumes.

We are so glad we found the Rotherham dealership and have always received first class, 5 star service here.

Laura Hartley was brilliant. I've been using evans halshaw for a few years (Sheffield then Rotherham) to purchase my cars and Laura provided the best customer service i have experienced to date. She kept me fully informed all throughout the purchase and definitely went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle through Laura.

I have been ordering my car from the rotherham one only for the past 6 years! Even though from Sheffield, had a bad experience bad customer service and rudeness from the manager at sheffield but rotherham ones are amazing polite considerate and the manager personally comes to speak to you which is always a great thing to do knowing your being looked after , even when you book in for mot service to reception all are incrediblely professional polite and have gone out of there way in the past to help and assist with my queries many thanks to you all, keep it going! Your all stars so not keft it for individuals as your all part of a amazing team!

I seen the car online and made some enquiries I was told the car was in very good condition and they would send a personalised video of the car. The video arrived very quickly the salesman walked around the car he pointed out a scratch on the car and I was told it would be fixed before the sale of the car and there were no other marks or imperfections only a few age related small marks ie stone chips etc, and car was in very good condition. I was going to get the car delivered as I live 178 miles away from the branch so I payed £599 deposit and it was going to be £248 to get it delivered. I decided to travel down from Scotland to the branch and just drive the car home instead of getting it delivered, on arrival at the branch I walked around the car and noticed a few imperfections here and there but the biggest one was on the driver's side wing the paint was bubbling in two spots around an inch and a half each spot there was a dint in the driver's side door and the passenger side door had been sprayed at some point, as there was over spray on the inside door check. This had not been pointed out on the video. I pointed this out to the sales manager and was told that they would not be fixing these issues and there was no discount to be had on the car for me to get them fixed myself, he explained that the car was bought from a closed down dealer and there was no room for movement on the price and he was very sorry for me travelling all that way and not buying the car. I asked him what would have happened if I had taken delivery of this vehicle and wanted to return it as you get 14 days to do this and was told that I would have to return it at my own expense. I am so glad I changed my mind and travelled down to see this vehicle I won't be using Evans Halshaw, again as you don't expect to get this type of service from a so called trusted dealer.

Recently been into Citroen Rotherham for my service and needed my air con re gas.
What fabulous service I was offered on arrival by Lisa. I was offered a courtesy car, luckily I did not need as I was with my husband, but very much appreciated.
My car was in for a few hours and I got the phone call throughout the day to say they had finished. When I arrived, it had been fully cleaned inside and outside! It was immaculate.. what a lovely addition.
I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you all so much!
