Sold a car without 6 months MOT which I…
Sold a car without 6 months MOT which I found out is against their policy.
After 3 days the car had a coolant leak and no heating which took nearly 3 months to resolve. I had to personally return the car to Ashton under Lyme at my own expense as no other local Evans Halshaw would help me.
Lastly there's a mileage discrepancy which still hasn't been resolved.
I will never buy a car from Evans Halshaw again. I don't recommend!

Great service. Got a call with update well before I expected. Health check, service and M.O.T completed. News about upcoming timing belt change needed was broken to me gently. Wash and vacuum done too which was appreciated.

Over many years I have had all my Ford Mondeo's serviced at Evans Halshaw, to which this is my 7th and extremely pleased with, and only wish the Mondeo continued manufacturing. The service centre in general is highly efficient, and over the years I have got to know the front line service reception staff, especially Tom Duffield who always goes that "extra mile" to help, he is a credit to the company.

Poor servicing and servicing
Sold a car in 'top shape' and having multiple issues. Returned it to the garage 3 times for fixes and still have outstanding issues. About to run out of the 3 month guarantee so will have to pay for the fixes to a 'top shape' car due to mechanics missing things
