Great service from Lucy Jones, Service Advisor. Explained all the servicing and payment options which i did not realised Evans Halshaw offered to spread the costs. As a first experience of EH Ford Dealership in Wolverhampton it was most positive.

I recently purchased a new Ford Puma but wanted some additional extras from the parts department. I feel very lucky that I got to deal with Nick Perry who was absolutely brilliant. He went out of his way to get the parts delivered the following day as he was aware I wanted them before a long journey. He phoned me to confirm they were in and when I attended the dealership came out to fit all the parts for me. He immediately refunded any bits which weren't required and made sure I have everything I needed. He clearly genuinely cared about providing a first class service and was very down to earth and friendly. Nick is an absolute credit to your company and I very much appreciated his efforts, thank you.

A generally pleasant experience by Karl who was very thorough establishing our needs and outlining available options to meet those requirements. Always polite and very knowledgeable regarding suitability of appropriate vehicles.
