Chose to wait for it.
Unfortunately it failed but they were really quick at resolving the issue and retesting. I'm very happy with the service and this is my 2nd mot with them. Only had to been there a couple of hours then I could get on with my day

Booked a service with Evans Halshaw, the process was simple and very straightforward. Usual good service by the staff, the mechanic even explained something I had in my head.

Booked my car in for an MOT. It was a straightforward process and was kept informed along the was. They even washed and vacuumed the car. Great job.

That time of year again for car service. Car collected from door, video sent of progress then car brought back. The service Evans Halshaw in Falkirk is first class, highly recommended. Thank you once again guys, keep up the good work.

Sold my car to Evan’s Halshaw Falkirk branch through Carwow and it was collected 4th October. Told it would take 2 days for payment to be made, so taking the weekend in to account I would be paid by end of play Tuesday.
Tuesday came and went with no payment made, even though Carwow assured me I’d receive payment that evening.
Contacted the branch directly Wednesday and was told they would look in to it.
Thursday I spoke with the manager who only just found an issue with the National Mileage Register and explained that it would be resolved by midnight and a faster payment would be made the next morning.
Faster payment is instant but by 3pm still no payment. When I asked what would happen if the payment didn’t appear that evening he got irate and tried to tell me that he was going “above and beyond” and hung up on me. Surely the basics are that they pay for the vehicle they have had for over a week! No car would leave the forecourt, I’m sure unless payment was made! So why the delay in payment when purchasing a car?
No explanation, no responsibility and certainly no apology from anyone.
Just typical car salesman with their b*ll**it patter!
Promises to call me back with updates which never came. Appalling customer service.
Payment was finally made.
Contacted the company via their website “Contact Us” page. A week later and still no reply.
Avoid this bunch at all costs.

Great service from start to finish. Daniel our salesman went up and above all expectation to get the right car for us. Our car wouldn't be ready until we came back from 4 weeks in Australia and gave us a courtesy car to try out before we headed on on holiday. The day we arrived back he came to our house to deliver the car himself.

Went to Falkirk garage was allowed to look around the cars, sales team not pushy ended up buying Kia Ceed on finance with tyre and alloy protection which I have never been offered before.

I was speaking Daniel about a used car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very pleasant to speak to.
