I found the online an phone help that i recieved when i purchased my business insurance excellent. They had all the answers for my questions an had a friendly ans helpful manner.

I applied for insurance online, when I got the receipt it was incorrect, So I called to get it changed. The phone manner was very professional and polite which is very rare. I do not remember her name but she was very helpful and informative. I think the "pause" period is excellent. never heard of it before . so helpful to know that people are actually out there to help you as a small business starting out I was very grateful.

Straight forward and intuitive sign up process and excellent value for money product.

Great except you need to work on improving your response to internet browsers use. I have safari and even when I down loaded chrome it would not let me buy the insurance online it kept sending me back the start of the application process and I would have to re enter my details again.

In the end after 6 failed attempts I called your call centre a 3rd time and they set it up over the phone. I still gave you guys a 5 as its not the phone staffs fault that there is a some glitches in the back end of the online software. However I would suggest this needs to be fixed. I was going to look for another provider if I was not able to get signed up over the phone.

So easy and purchase without all the complicated sales tactics of other insurance sites. A great price for independent professionals who are starting out.

I've been an Evari customer since last Oct 2019. I wanted to upgrade to cover loss of my tools incl. my existing public liability last month. Little did I know I took out another policy (by accident) which customer service were quick to realise and advise me. So they cancelled the old policy and now I have just the one cover to run my handyman business with confidence and peace of mind.

I heard about Evari Insurance from a friend when I needed Liability Insurance as a sole trader, they were so helpful and put me on a policy that I can stop and start, fantastic!

I followed the link from a referral through Bunnings Powerpass.
I answered all of the questions honestly to what was indicated in drop down menu - but still received a call the next day to say that supporting disabled people was not covered - only consulting with them.
No discussion or risk assessment was provided through process.
