Easy to purchase and great assistance from the “online” chat. I like the idea of saving money with the pause feature but feel it will be a bit painful to keep turning on/off (remembering !) and would rather have a reduced premium than this feature. Documentation is clear and easy to obtain from the dashboard and premium was competitive

Certificate of Compliance
Cost of policy is good BUT, no access to Certificate of Compliance until start date of insurance sucks. You took my cash quickly enough, why no Certificate? Get your stuff together folks, us tradies need to supply said certificate to those that employee us to keep "on-going" or existing contracts happening.

Until then you can view your policy wording and policy coverage details on your dashboard. And rest assured that we don't take any payments from you until the policy starts - we know how important cash is to small businesses!
Annual renewal
wanted to take advantage of the discount being offered tp Bunnings Trade card holders so spoke to Evari and they brought forward my renewal. Now have a reduced monthly premium. Very accommodating and very helpful
