If I could give zero stars, I would. I selected best tickets, but got standing for 2 of 4 concerts. I wanted electronic ticket, none available, nobody answered my email, UPS said signature required, b... See more

I love the Eventin app and use it a lot. It’s very easy to navigate and 100% trustworthy. Unfortunately we can’t buy ALL events on Eventin, but the variety and amount are very good. I’ve given up... See more

Overall good, but with drawbacks

They sent me 10 EUR coupon, which does not work. So I spent time choosing which concert to go just for nothing.

Overall as ticketing platform they are better than some others (eg TM). Usually no problems with ordering, mobile tickets available for most of events which is nice.

The stupid thing goes when you buy smth from fansale. Instead of just invalidate old ticket and issue you a new one, they force seller to send original ticket via paper mail. So annoying.

Absolute S show

Absolute S show, event sold out, cool never mind, you can join waiting list to be notified, joined list, their stupid app, setup mail, notifications everything. Just to randomly find out that they are already selling returned tickets. Without single notification, without any order, nothing. Just refresh their page and maybe there will be something, oh but don't do it too much because they will block you. So they are incapable to notify you, incapable of using their waiting list you subscribe to, incapable to dynamically refresh the page when there is new ticket so you can just click on it, but happily block you from accessing the page because youre spamming their server.... joke

Eventim use partners like FanSale who are not trustworthy.

Updating my review as I got my money back. I originally thought I was purchasing tickets to a concert from Eventim, turns out they redirected me from their own website to their partner FanSale. I had no idea of this and was scammed of €150.. Got little response from FanSale & Eventim (who simply forwarded my mail onto them..) Couldn't believe in 2025 that big ticket companies like Eventim use partners like FanSale to get away with scamming people?

Malevolence

In the announcement, they had a different address from where the band actually performed.

I had to investigate further to find out the real location and take an extra taxi.

Concert cancelled the day before it…

Concert cancelled the day before it should have gone ahead.

Eventim charge to return the tickets and take a massive chunk of the refund for themselves event hough in germany they legally can't. They stole 30€ per ticket in cancellation fees (cancellation was their end)

Many rules were not advertised (or not…

Many rules were not advertised (or not visible enough) while buying the ticket:
- no bike parking allowed on the premises
- no big backpack allowed
- need for ID to enter the building even if you have a valid ticket!
- ridiculously strict security (no stickers allowed! Water bottles needed to be opened one by one etc)
- no access to bathroom after entering the building (had to wait until the first room is opened+first film is finished).
I understand there are security rules due to threats, but I would expect to read about it before buying the ticket, not at the event location.

They think they can do just anything

Terrible. Just terrible. If you buy a ticket for a show in Germany, it's always Eventim. They seem to have a monopoly for concert tickets.
If I buy a ticket for let's say 25 euro, I have to pay 15 euro delivery costs, because they don't want to send tickets via e-mail. So I pay double the amount, just to get it delivered.
If you can't make it to the show, they say "oh that's too bad". But you CAN'T sell your tickets anywhere. Unless on their own platform, but that is only if you live in Germany.
Last but not least. In June a show I wanted to go to got cancelled. They DIDN'T refund anything! I could only get the refund if I sent them the ticket back! So I would have to pay 15 euro once again just to get a refund for the ticket.
Eventim is a rip off. And I refuse to buy concert tickets from them everything. I have told this to quite a few artists, and I also notice that more and more artists seem to boycot Eventim. Never again!

Dear Eventim Team,

Dear Eventim Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently booked a ticket for Rishab Sharma – Sitar for Mental Health. While purchasing, there seemed to be a glitch on the website — the process happened twice, and although I applied the student discount code SMH20, it showed the discount but did not apply it in the final payment.
After completing the transaction, I noticed that I was charged €57.75, which appears to be the full amount. As a student, this is quite a significant expense for me, and I kindly request your assistance in applying the 20% student discount or refunding the difference.
Please let me know if you need any details such as the booking reference number or proof of payment — I will be happy to provide them.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I truly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Warm regards,
Mehul Chelwat
