I had such a positive experience with Ever-Pretty that I felt I had to share!

I originally ordered two dresses for a wedding, and I have to say — they were absolutely stunning. The quality, fit, and overall design really exceeded my expectations. The only reason I returned them was because the bride later chose a different style — otherwise I would have happily kept them!

What truly impressed me, though, was their customer service. Due to a mix-up at the courier, the wrong items were returned to them, but the team handled the situation with patience, understanding, and professionalism. They quickly located the items and reached out to arrange getting them back to me, which gave me real peace of mind.

It’s rare to find a company that combines beautiful products with such responsive and supportive service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Ever-Pretty again and would definitely recommend them to others!

I bought a dress that was beautiful but far too long. The dress cost me £66.19 with delivery, I got £48.00 refund, I won’t be buying from Ever Pretty again.

I needed to return a dress but wasn’t comfortable sending a picture of myself in the dress to show the part what didn’t fit properly, I spoke to the chat who weee able to assist me in how to go about this. I highly appreciate the support and how easy it was to sort

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ever-Pretty has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

First, the website is not accurate. The items I received did not match the descriptions or expectations set online, especially in terms of fit, quality, and overall appearance. It feels misleading and unreliable, which is unacceptable when customers are making purchases based on online listings.

Second, the customer service was even worse than the product experience. Instead of genuinely listening and trying to resolve concerns, I was met with responses that felt dismissive and dismissive of my concerns. Rather than acknowledging issues or offering real solutions, the tone came across as defensive and, at times, patronizing.

Overall, I felt unheard and undervalued as a customer. A company should stand behind its products and treat its customers with respect—even when there is a problem. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I would strongly caution others to be very careful before ordering.

The dress fits nicely and true to size. I saw a 20% discount on their e mails shortly after I placed my order and asked if I could claim that. Once I decided to keep it, the discount was applied quickly!

Impressed with Mark at Customer Services, he organised a Royal Mail return rather than Evri as we have no drop off points where we live. Very happy to be able to return my not needed items, thank you

No hassle sending wrong size back , re ordered , had a mark on but customer services was great ,, just sent another dress to me ;)

The dresses are really good quality and there are lots of options which is great. I have had a few issues with one of my orders, which have resulted in me having to contact Ever pretty via the chat function a few times. However, each person I spoke to was great and managed to resolve my issues rapidly. Would definitely buy from again!

Been offered a refund for store credit.

The zipper broke when I was trying to wear it for the first time. I contacted the company and they agreed to refund half the cost for me to get the zipper fixed and keep the dress. They were quick to respond with a solution. Overall satisfied with the response.

Great experience with this site. High quality dresses and great customer service. Fast delivery too. Only issue I had was with the sizing. Ended up having to size up twice. All in all would definitely recommend.

I ordered my dress for a formal wedding. I was a little worried about ordering it online. The dress was exactly as pictured, color and fabric, even better in person! The quality is excellent! True to size as well. Great value as well!
Bonus! I like my sleeves a little longer, and I was able to purchase the exact fabric from EverPretty to have longer sleeves.

I was confused on an order and therefore sent an email. They sent me back a reply extremely quick and advised me how to proceed further! I appreciate their help in the matter!

I pre-ordered a dress and while checking on the tracking to see of it has shipped, I realized I had listed an old address. I emailed them late at night and agent Mark was quickly able to update my address. He also let me know the tracking might still show an old address but it would be shipped to my current address I would have worried, so I appreciate the information.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and realised that I hadn’t measured correctly. I contacted the company who quickly and efficiently helped me to cancel the order. I will definitely use this company again.
