I ordered 2 dresses which were beautiful but ordered wrong size and the customer service was excellent in sorting it out for me

The dresses come up very small. Not true to size
When you return them You pay for shipping and then
you are deducted more money for shipping
If you decide to buy only buy through Amazon
They refund all the money you paid and no shipping
costs. However it is hard to buy as sizing is so erratic

Dresses are beautiful great quality and customer service is easy to access and use.

I ordered a dress which arrived later than expected and the first day of my holiday. By the time I got home, I had missed the 14 day return window. Crazy. Will NEVER use this company again and will warn everyone not to use them. Clearly a policy designed to catch people out and not in the interest of customer service.

This is the first time buying from this company and I made a mistake and forgot to put my apartment number. The customer service was amazing and understanding and got my problem solved. I will absolutely buy from here again :)

This store was amazing to order from. I ordered a dress and it shipped immediately and I received it within days. Unfortunately it did not fit but the return was the easiest return I have ever done. I will be fostering here in the future.

My dresses got lost in the mail and they shipped me new ones at no cost!!

Helpful having 24 hour chat available. Allowed me to exchange a dress past the 14 day limit as I missed it by an hour. Dresses came and fitted well and nice quality. Only downside was the size guide on the website was confusing

I was worried when ordering multiple dresses/ styles that if I had an issue the customer service would not be great. However when contacting them I was connected straight away to a human on chat that knew exactly how every process worked and were able to rectify the issue I had straight away. I have used Ever Pretty for bridesmaids dresses. And first up those dresses were gorgeous and perfect in quality.

But what made this experience above and beyond is the way their customer servixe has been handling things. I was needing to exchange the dresses for different sizes. The first two I sent back and got the value refunded as a voucher so that I could reorder them in correct sizes.

But most recently was the last of the three dresses. This one I had not realised was a clearance and therefore technically there was nothing they HAD to do for me. And yet, they graciously granted me a refund and I will be ordering a dress from them again at some point.

I am beyond grateful for the quick and stressfree way that they have been able to help. The agents were just so lovely and helpful and made the whole thing so mych better. THANK YOU Ever Pretty team - from one happy Bride.

Absolutely gorgeous dresses, for wedding party or guests, and any size looks amazing. Dresses are sized well, beautifully floaty, and in such an array of colours that you'd never be stuck. Usually arrive within a week and no issues with any returns or refunds at all. Fab company

Ordered 2 dresses as possible wedding outfits. When I tried to return them the returns page stated they were “Non refundable “. This caused great anxiety as the value was nearly £90. Also there was nothing in their returns policy about this.
This is a complete breach of the CCA as all online purchases have to be refundable as they are bought unseen.
Upon contacting them they advised they would unlock the returns function “this time” and allow me to return them. So, although they have ultimately refunded me (minus postage) it was a traumatic experience. How many customers have to go through this and how many times do customers get cheated out of a genuine refund?

I order 5 dresses in total from this company. My first dress arrived within days. There was slight problems with my other 4 dresses with timings and receiving them but once I started to communicate through the live chat everyone has been very helpful and my case was passed through via email where again communication was great. Have not received the other 4 dresses yet but that one I have received the quality is amazing and it is very pretty 😍

The dress was lovely. The style was just not good for my body type. I had a personal issue that interfered with my returning the item within the return window. They were very compassionate and sensitive to the matter, and I was able to process the return. I will definitely be shopping Ever-Pretty again!

Hands down, the fastest and best online clothing experience with Ever Pretty. I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. I used their virtual try on tool, which was fantastic. I purchased 2 dresses both the same size but one was too big and the other too small. Customer service helped me exchange the dresses in a timely manner and received the replacement dress quickly. The dresses are quality material. Love the one I chose! Would highly recommend Ever Pretty!
