One of the windows they had installed had a minor defect and once I brought it to their attention, they were very proactive in getting this resolved. From a fabulous company Everglade. From start to finish, all the departments were extremley efficient & professional guiding us with the right choices to fullfill our requirements. All the deadlines quoted from manufacturing to installation were met on time.

The old windows were removed and replaced with the new set over the course of 4 days. The installers were very knowledgeable, competent and went the extra mile for us to fit in any changes.

On the whole, a great company right through all the departments, great customer relationship & I would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of using Everglade Windows to install new windows, door and porch. The entire experience from making an enquiry to visiting the showroom and seeing part of the production process, including modern machines and robots gave me the reassurance of very high quality matched by the customer service and exceptional installation process. During my visit to the showroom I had the pleasure of a guided tour by one of the directors Vinod, who kindly helped me choose the perfect products in terms of style, heat retention, soundproofing and security.
Ravjee, the surveyor was very helpful discussing the best options in terms of window opening and the positioning of the porch, which together with the door transformed the entrance to the house. I would also like commend Vince in sales for keeping me updated and reassured. Lastly, your fitter Julian was highly organised, very skilled and fast, without compromising on perfection… similar to the robots on their assembly line.
Well done Everglade Windows. I shall certainly recommend your company to friends, family and anyone else thinking of replacing windows and doors.

Everglade Windows were recommended to us by a trusted contact, so we went ahead with an initial discussion and visit to the showroom. The fact that they had a showroom was a pull factor, as a well known competitor (Anglian) advised us that they had no showroom to view products before purchasing which put us off. The Everglade salesperson (Salim) was fantastic and showed us the full range of products, providing advice tailored to our needs and at an attractive price, which was appreciated. The Everglade fitter (Adrian) did a first class job installing the products and was also extremely professional and personable, which is very important when someone is in your home. We would highly recommend Adrian as a fitter, he worked very hard and was really fantastic. We will definitely use Everglade again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I will be writing another review in a couple of months when instalation is fully finished and we move in the house. Here is my review for the process so far. Aluminium Windows product is very good. I am very happy with sales process and delivery in tight timescales. Vince was amazing durring sales process always available on phone and email anwering our questions even during his holidays. He went the extra mile and made sure we get the design we wanted. Everglade arranged timely delivery and stuck to their promised date as opposed to another big glasing supplier I dealt with. Their surveyor was very professional and aware of latest regulations and design trends. Everglade has installation was perfect without wasting time for our builders. Payment process was flexible and smooth. There are a couple of things outstanding but i am sure everglade will do good job like the initial install. I will highly recommend Everglade.

I live in a conservation area with strict rules on changing windows and doors. After a lot of research, I settled on Everglade Windows as the best company to go with. Unlike most well-known window companies, they both manufacture and install their products. Plus, they have a good reputation in the industry.

I visited there well laid out showroom in Alperton and met their rep Salim. Salim was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. There was no sales pressure to buy a particular product, just helpful advice. I eventually settled on their flush fit windows and composite doors. Profile wise they match the wooden windows at the front of my house.

Windows are only as good as the installation. The Everglade in house fitters were excellent. Not only were they quick at installing ten windows and two doors, but their attention to detail was first rate. Plus, they kept the place tidy.

There were a lot of obstacles in changing my windows and doors caused by the council. Throughout the lengthy process, Salim was excellent, despite the constant chopping and changing of my order. He was always patient and willing to put the customer first.

I am not usually a fan of Upvc windows since they can look plasticky and cheap. But these Everglade flush fit windows look great. The profile of the frames looks just like the expensive wood windows at the front of my property.

I highly recommend Everglade windows for their products and customer service.

fantastic company, great product and Vincent provided us with the best service from start to finish. our project had all windows front and rear, and a sliding door, 3 panel, and also the main front door, Vincent explained the products very well and helped us throughout our project from pre sale, sale and after sale service.
