Everglade Windows Reviews 

First used Everglade over 15 years ago on a recommendation from a relative.
I used them this time to supply & fit a curved glazed door.
I rang other companies for quotes but they did not really seem interested.
Everglade took an interest from day one & Sheetal in particular was very helpful from start to finish.

Quality of the work & materials is excellent.
The other staff at Everglade are also very approachable & knowledgable.

I would definitely recommend.

The fact they are still in business all these years is a testament to their professionalism.

The sales process with Chabane was excellent, even when I had changes to be made to my order he was more than helpful.
Reason for not giving 5 stars was I had to split my glazing order across 2 different companies as Everglade were not able to supply me with a 20mm Aluminium frame sliding door at the time. Everglade were not competitive on the rooflights either.

I am yet to move into my property so I have not used the windows at present, but they do look great now that they are installed.

Excellent pre-sales service and post-fitting customer care. The product (windows & bi-folding doors) have made a huge difference to the look of our house as well as the warmth inside!
We have used Everglade on 2 separate occasions and have been very happy both times.

Dealing with Everglade was clear and simple all the way through, from pre-sales advice and information, technical spec and finally the installation team. The comparative quote I got was around up to 50% cheaper in comparison to two other companies. The technical survey was comprehensive and the installation completed without fuss and as little mess as possible. It's early days of course but already we notice less noise from outside and our flat feels warmer and more secure. We believe we have had good value for money dealing with Everglade.

We’ve looked at various companies prior to Everglade and it was NOT pleasant experience.
We’ve spent lot of time talking and waiting for answers to our questions which more often than not had to span two or more layers upstream to be dealt with. We’ve clocked up hundreds of miles on the road visiting showrooms whenever one existed.
We’ve used Everglade to build us large sliding aluminium doors, kitchen window to match and front door with sidelights. We must say that we are very happy with the service and the product.
When visited Everglade we were met by polite receptionist (Mina I believe). We were introduced to very pleasant and friendly YET professional sales advisor. Chabane answered most of our questions on first instance, he drove us around to view similar products and kept us well informed and updated at all times throughout the process.
Everglade have large and bright showroom which was key for us. In addition all of the staff members that we’ve spoken to, including their in-house installers (particularly Julian) are knowledgeable.
We'd like to also pass our thanks to Bhavik (the installation manager); he was in no rush when he took his time and joined Chabane at the early stage of the sale to explain some of the technical inquiries.

We bought some aluminium windows and bifold doors from everglades. We dealt with Sailesh and Bhavik, they were really helpful and the product is fantastic. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Everglade supplied and installed a full set of double glazed windows and doors for our charity centre including some bespoke large windows to replace old, single glazed units.
Our charity centre building is an old Nat West bank and we had to work with Everglade get the right look so that it looked in keeping with the rest of the building design. The guys did an amazing job, replicating the previous window features and 'box' design. It looks fantastic and is superb quality. Nothing was too much trouble, they even came on a Sunday to replace the security bars for us. A great service from a great company who seem to really care about quality and customer service.

Everglade has a very large showroom which was very useful for us. Their staff are very knowledgeable and they have a good selection of quality products. They were a lot more high end than other companies we came across. The fitting team did an excellent job and were very tidy and polite. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks

Brilliant company from beginning to end. Worked to our requirements, provided detailed quotes, took time to answer questions and provided lovely fitters who were so clean and tidy!

Everglade was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted a bi fold door for an extension and also a front door. The showroom was bright and airy and all the doors I wanted to see were on display which was useful especially when looking at the bi fold door as I could hands on see how it worked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time to go through the different options with us. We didn't feel rushed at all and met a few times before placing our order. He was also really accommodating with the installation of the bifold door as the builders were delayed and we had to push back the original installation date. The fitters themselves worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. They went through how to use everything before they left and we are extremely pleased with the overall installation. Our new front door looks amazing and we've had lots of positive comments from visitors. Thank you for a job well done.
