Absolutely shocking and unprofessional…

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional experience.
Today I tried over 20 times to call Lashurit Centre in Northfield to ask about swimming lessons for my child. Most of the time my calls were actively rejected. On the two occasions they actually answered, as soon as I started asking a question, they hung up the phone on me.
No explanation. No apology. Just hanging up on a potential customer.
I also sent an email and, unsurprisingly, received no response at all.
This is not how a professional business behaves. If you cannot answer basic enquiries or treat people with basic respect, you should seriously reconsider working with the public. Parents trust swimming centres with their children’s safety — and this level of communication is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with a centre that ignores, rejects, and disconnects calls instead of helping customers.

Awful awful experience I joined the gym to use the sauna and…

I joined the gym to use the sauna and swimming pool due to suffering with sciatica, fibromyalgia and other pain conditions, plus depression. I paid the 30 a month membership with a view to cancelling with one month's notice. No one explained that I had to cancel via the app. I cancelled the direct debit in October and have never used their services since. In January I went on the app to see I had been charged £90. Emailed them and went in to be told I had signed their contract and terms and conditions. I left not happy went back again spoke to another manager who tried to sell me a payment plan. I told him the whole experience had left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't want to use them again. In march I checked the app again to see they had added another £60 to the bill. I went in saw another manager who told me until I paid what I owe the cost would go up. I haven't used their services in over 5 months. He spouted all the scripted speel I told him it's a service not a product and to cancel it as I wouldn't ever use them again. In a time of a living crisis they are bullying disabled people into making money.
