Everlast don’t care.
The men’s changing room has only ONE hair-dryer which doesn’t even WORK. I alongside many others have raised it to the shift managers and staff, yet it still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been broken for over 6 weeks now… absolute joke. During busy periods, you there’s a literal queue for the “one” hairdryer that doesn’t even work properly. Good to know Everlast like to look after their customers👍🏽
There are fake influencers everywhere…
There are fake influencers everywhere with their cameras. It's really uncomfortable trying to train with them filming you.
There are grown teenage boys in the female changing rooms while their mums gossip. inappropriate and people take pictures in the changing rooms as well so you're constantly trying to not get filmed or snapped.
The swimming pool is dirty and people spit all over the steam room.
No gym manners weights everywhere snd noone is encourage to put them back.
When classes are on you're told to move from half the floor quite rudely even though you pay for the membership and its so frustrating.
Cancelled twice at the gym and they ignored me. contacted head office and they refused to cancel the membership so now having to escalate this to the ombudsman. joke a gym honestly. Not worth it at all

Pool closed for 2nd weekend running.
Told the first weekend pool would be opened on the Monday.
Rang prior to attending on 2nd week, no reply, got there pool closed again.
Spoke to assistant who said membership fees were paid for the whole facilities not just the pool.
Not much use if you only use the pool.
What Everlast fail to realise with their draconian customer service policies it that customers choose where to enroll.
Highly recommended
Since the refurbishment I rejoined the gym & can say the facilities & staff are fantastic. It is modern, fresh & a significant improvement since the new launch in December. I would recommend the gym to anyone with the added benefit of a pool I look forward to visiting the gym. The club needs to maintain this high standard moving forward.
Fantastic facilities!
I've been a member for three years and what a massive improvement I've seen since the refurbishment works! From the friendly members of staff.... especially Jenny who is fabulous, new cafe facilities, new changing room facilities, new gym layout, new cardio and weights machines, and new classes I can highly recommend attending Everlast, Oldham.

Been a member for 3 years Gym is now excellent after the refurb. One or two snags which is to be expected. A area with a mirror for stretching exercices would be a welcome. But this just matter of moving a couple of weight benches in the left hand corner near the mirrors. Great staff and its now a pleasure to go.Natashia on the reception take a bow.
poor customer care
A company that thinks it is OK to close half the facilities at their branch and still charge a full monthly premium
Awful gym
Awful gym. Equipment is old and 80% of it is broken. Health and safety issues everywhere with broken wires, damp and sockets sticking out of the floor.
The pool is always closed, the changing rooms are quite frankly unusable with broken lockers and facilities which haven’t been updated in the 20 years I’ve known the gym!
Regulars are quitting now and it’s time everyone does until they upgrade the gym. Dare they increase the £30 a month they charge as well, I say it’ll be closed permanently by the end of the year.
Staff have no clue what they’re doing, they don’t tell you when they’ve cancelled classes, don’t pay the class instructors (not Everlast staff fault but still a major fault of the business!) and all sit and chat in the back of reception instead of helping anybody.
Shambles
Awful
Awful, dirty, no working lockers. Half the machines are faulty, smells, not been updated since it was JJB.
had headphones worth £300 pounds stolen…
had headphones worth £300 pounds stolen from lockers that have been broken and not fit for purpose for a long time at the royton oldham site. manager on his hols, regional manager too important to check cctv and staff not allowed to check, staff themselves admitted there is an issue with theft on site. avoid at all costs its truly the worst gym out there.

Gym needs to close
Freelancers and managers alike don't get paid.
Grim.
Finally had enough of this gym in Oldham. All the lockers are broken, the jacuzzi has been broken for months, the poolside showers are broken, the TVs are broken. The place is owned by faceless private investors who are just milking members for their subs while providing as little as they can get away with. I feel like I'm being taken for a ride so have cancelled my membership today (and have to give 3 months' notice!)
The Oldham gym is awful
The Oldham gym is awful. No lockers available now for over 3 months, clearly no intention to resolve this despite promises to do so.
Equipment is dated, the place is falling apart. Membership cancelled.
The only benefit is it's never busy.
