Useless Staff
I got a parking fine just for going to this gym — and the staff made the whole situation ten times worse. The gym was emailed about my fine but decided to keep it from me, meaning I had no chance to deal with it in time. Because of their deliberate inaction, the fine increased, and I ended up footing the bill. When I asked for help, the staff were utterly useless, dismissive, and shockingly rude. They clearly couldn’t care less about their members. This place is already overpriced, and to top it off, you risk paying through the nose for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with zero respect and left out of pocket.
Everlast gym Swindon very hot
Everlast gym Swindon
Aircondition not working is very hot
the links on the gate machines on at least two do not work
the time on the main electronic clock is 10 minutes fast, what do they want to do to leave the gym faster?
Avoid This Gym at All Costs
I've been to many gyms, but this one is by far the worst. The manager is exceptionally rude, it's honestly baffling how someone like that holds a leadership position. The rest of the staff aren't any better; they come across as strange, unprofessional, and just as rude. They blatantly ignore customers, roll their eyes like you’re invisible, and offer no help whatsoever. Emails go unanswered, and when they do reply, it's clear they have no idea what they're doing. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Thank God I’ll never have to step foot in that gym again.
Disgusting service
Liars who won’t let me cancel my membership even after I provided proof according to their policy. Disgusting service that you can’t get rid of!!
5/5 Would recommend
great place, new clean and great machines and facilities probably best in whiltshire worth the price
Not good
I joined here as my daughter is a member (cheapest gym with pool). Classes are not what I epxected, no evening Aqua class and the Zumba and Step are so full that you are not comfortable, just worried about kicking or falling over someone, also not as good class choices as other gyms. The pool has a very odd sloping floor which makes you feel like you will slip over, odd as never felt that in any other gym. I am not using the gym anymore and 8 more months of £35 per month to waste on the contract sadly.

Just wanted to leave a review for Aaron who goes out of his way to help with ideas and tips and is just so helpful.Sometimes coming to a new gym can feel a bit intimidating and it’s lovely to see how Aaron puts everyone at ease. No mater what age a person is young or elderly. Aaron always makes an effort to chat and makes everyone feel welcome. A credit to your gym.

Had to cancel the membership due to not being able to physically pay, was told I had to suck it up and pay - this is money I rely on for basic food, that I now cannot afford. When asked why I had two payments of £60 overdue when I haven’t missed a month, I never got a reply. SWINDON everlast, you are a a shocking company and an even shocking gym - sort it out!!!!
Awful
Awful (Swindon)
Would never recommend this gym to anyone I know or a stranger.
There customer service is a shambles.
Never any staff available.
Pool is always full of in attended teenaged bombing in pool.
Machines often broken, never enough free weights.
The cleaner - Nicki with dark brown hair is the best thing about this gym!!
I would avoid just in case you get injured!
I am under a 12 month contract & I then had a long term hand injury that requires multiple surgeries & long term physio. I provided all of my hospital letters and images to show that the surgery took place. Everlast would only cancel if I could get a letter from my GP; due to pressures and the national emergency that the NHS is suffering from, GPs no longer provide these. I would make sure that you don’t sign up with this gym, because if you’re injured, they will not allow you to cancel & are effectively stuck. They offered me a 3 months freeze, but the freeze is added onto your membership period (making it 15 month & not 12) which is not appropriate.
Such a terrible company! Please do not make the mistake I made & join.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, my husband was diagnosed with cancer in April and I had to relocate to Brazil, I requested to cancel my membership in April, they took ages to reply and every proof I’ve sent them they denied. They don’t care at all about the people, all they care about is money. They charged me till freaking July. You guys are a disgusting company, I would not recommend you to anyone.
Too busy and a bit grubby!
I belong to the Swindon branch, but have decided to cancel for a number of reasons.
I'll start by being positive - the staff are always friendly and the gym is largely well equipped.
My biggest issue is that the gym is always far too busy at the times I am able to go (like a lot of people, after 6pm on a weekday). Of course I expect a gym to be busy at that time of day - that's why they call it 'peak period' after all - but the policy of allowing young teens to become members means that groups of 3, 4 or 5 teenagers train together, clogging up benches and equipment for unacceptably long periods. The idea that I can plan a workout beforehand is out of the question - my window of opportunity to exercise is limited, so standing around to wait for a bench is not an option. So every time I go to the gym, I have to compromise on what and how I train.
The other big issue is that they decided to abandon the option to wipe down equipment by removing the sprays and paper towel dispensers and replaced them with hand gels. Bearing in mind that about 70% of the men who use the toilets do not wash their hands afterwards, so expecting them to use a hand sanitiser before touching anything is a big ask!
I guess the paper towels and sprays were only introduced for Covid, and that risk is now perceived as negligible. Let's not worry that you might catch Norovirus, E. coli, Hepatitis A, Ebola....!

Really nice Gym with friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoy going here and it's a great start to help me on my fitness journey. I also enjoy the fact it has a pool which is always very well maintained.
Beware of opening times
Beware of opening times. Allowed myself and my young son in and after literally 5 minutes in the pool asked to leave as it’s an adult only time. Perhaps a warning at reception before entry would have been a good idea???
Fobbed off with a complimentary guest pass. Not really acceptable and no conciliation to a very disappointed 9 year old.
