Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amazing team. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. I visited the cafe whilst I was there, the lady serving was exceptional.

This review is in relation to the cafe and the range of food available. For an establishment promoting health and well being the selection of food, which seemed to consist of only paninis, toasties and sweet items, is disappointing. However I chose a four cheese and red onion panini and it was like nothing I’ve ever eaten before. So much so it is difficult to describe. It seemed to be a smear of something that smelled similar to cheese and likewise a smear of something that smelled of onion. Needless to say after a couple of hopeful bites it went in the bin.
A simple range of freshly prepared sandwiches could be the basis for a healthier range of food. I think that your clients deserve better

The reception and poolside lifeguard staff are always polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble to ensure a pleasant, safe and enjoyable experience; at the Pingles Leisure centre lane swimming sessions. This creates a relaxed but focused atmosphere in which to gain the most benefit from personal fitness improvement, in a friendly, sociable setting - creating a mutually respectful, supportive network in which to exercise. This gives the participants incentive to attend regularly and improve their personal best.

I felt the kids swimming lesson delivered by Pingles Leisure Centre based in Nuneaton require attention. I found really poor at keeping record of child progress even I have requested multiple times and other similar incidents.
This is really upsetting to see the impact on my child’s morale, who contantly love to monitor his progress therefore he can perform well.
I also noticed, Diversity and Inclusion doesn’t feel right. As I write this review, we felt as if our child performance is not judged on basis of his skills and dedication, but also from a degree of ethnicity and background. It must STOP.
Our humble plea. It has to be fair, equal and transparent.

I recently went to one of the sessions hosted at Pingles and had an incredible experience as I found I was for once actually enjoying doing exercise as it was not boring in any way.

Rude staff that don’t give a crap
Facilities look great untill you look close.
They obviously don’t clean
Today apparently 21.09 is too late for the 21:00 session.
Complaint system a joke! For over three years a lot of the machines don’t work with tv or radio and nothing has been done they said three year ago waiting for new cables and still the machines don’t work they ignore your complaint and there so called ceo Mr Bobby totally ignores you. But they will take your money! A goof friend had cancer so paid for the gym fell ill never used in a year and they refused to give him his money back
Absolutely disgusting, very very dirty ,nappies all over the changing rooms, staff a waste of time, ran by kids

Really poor systems and swimming lessons, never been able to get into our online account…
Systems for setting up an account, changing passwords and arranging direct debit payments seem to be 20 years outdated, nothing is easy and everything is extremely difficult and frustrating.
If you call the centre (Nuneaton Pingles) the first thing they say is to “come into the centre” which is just a lazy response in my opinion.
Going to be cancelling the swimming lessons and going elsewhere, awful service.
Receptionist sorted me out as I forgot my membership card, cubicles were very clean on entry and leaving, lane swim was wonderful not crowded and temp of water perfect.

When booking a family swim it listed a number of pools we could go in for our booking (pool 1, pool 2, pool 3 etc),. When we got there they told us we were only booked for the big pool.

This review is specifically for the lane swimming. I have been swimming in the morning 3 -4 times a week for the past month in the medium pool. There are two members who swim incredibly slowly every morning and cause a disruption to the rest of the swimmers. They usually take 1.40 to complete a length, which is slower than most people if the actual slow lane. I have complained about this to the manager, who declared they are regulars and the slow lane gets filled up quickly and there is nothing she can do. I find this response absurd and unacceptable. What's the point in having a booking system if its arbitrary and the staff don't enforce it? What's the point of having rules and guidelines regarding lane swimming and etiquette to fellow swimmers when you can flagrantly ignore it and the life guards wont say a thing.
Adding insult to injury, I once went into the fast lane because the medium lane was full of slow swimmers. I was almost immediately asked to switch lane for swimming too "slowly". Apparently i haven't been going often enough to acquire "regular" status and break the rules. I will be cancelling my membership if this continues.

We bring my grandson swimming every week on a Thursday and every week the changing rooms smell of wee. It is disgusting. Every thing else is amazing. The swim teacher is so patient.
