A total waste of time now. Website is badly organised, a simple search for desses for example, comes up blank. It is no longer worth the effort, much better and more reliable deals from most other online retailers.

Gone to the dogs.... They used to have current fashion at great prices with an excellent app and delivery. Oh how times have changed....

Where shall I start?

For many many months, the stock had been the same old stale stock with little to no updates. For example; they used to have new heels and boots almost every 2 weeks, I've been looking since Nov 2024 and there is hardly anything new in this section.

The app... Oh my lord.... what has this great app turned into? It makes the Poundland website look like Harrords! The app is now a poorly developed penny shop app. Look and feel is totally lost.

My last order was in December and instead of arriving when it should have, it came very late.

Shocking downturn of a service that I have used for years with over 50 pairs of shoes/boots, hundreds of outfits, over 50 pieces of make up... I could have been a shareholder... But my shares would be worth very little now.

What is happening to E5P? In the last couple of years I've watched it go from great offerings at reasonable prices, to a rebrand where they don't really seem to know what they're doing? The constant additions of new categories shows a very poorly handled rebrand. I'm in the business of graphic design and consistency for the "Everything" mobile app is truthfully shocking. They first announced 'exciting plans', only to add extortionate designer clothing and what seemed to be higher markups on older lines, changing the entire business model from everything £5, to then between £5.90-£8.00 (still not the original model, but I do understand the need for expansion and alignment with wider global events (cost-of-living crisis)), etc., but to then put products on for £15-50 is completely neglecting your entire clientele that you've built over the years. Think they then realised their new offerings weren't selling as well and put all of their old stock back up at incredibly reduced prices and no new arrivals, and now it's essentially an Amazon outlet... Why? My guess is these guys are struggling financially or have been bought out by another company, and I can't see them staying afloat much longer given their current products. The downfall of this app is a sad thing to witness! It was such an amazing place to find cheap, affordable, ex-branded clothing that tailored it's budget towards poorer demographics without compromising on quality. Hope they pull it out the water and go back to their roots, otherwise they're heading in a fruitless direction sadly.

Terrible!!! Few years ago I lived it but now it’s teribile either changing their prices and nothing is 5£ anymore or just keeping stock up that’s not available anymore. Everytime I add stuff in the basket it dispărea after a couple hours.

Sizing is off beam. Ordered my normal size 8-10, came up like a size six.. Pointless returning, postage would be more than the refund. I'll give these a miss in the future

I am very disappointed; after rebranding, the website is not worth visiting. Instead of the lovely items they used to sell, it’s just partner offers from Amazon😏 Shame, as I used to buy a lot from them.

I ordered for the first time due to a sale and I must admit I was quite sceptical and fully expecting to be scammed. The products arrived when they said they would and after placing a big order, 1 or 2 eyeshadow palettes had a little chip in just one colour and the foundation shades were different from the pictures on the site. I wrote to the customer service team and got an immediate reply and apology and was refunded for the damaged items. Absolutely top tier customer service and the products were really great, despite a few having defects but that is to be expected with such great prices. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend everyone else to do the same!

I used to love this company, however since its rebounded the choice is dire, delivery is dire long and drawn out, not to mention taking two months and lots of back and forth emails to get a refund. When I did get a refund it wasn't for the whole amount but I gave up.
Avoid avoid avoid. Such a shame to have to say this as previously I lived this company.

I used to love this site and ordered an enormous amount of clothes and shoes. About a year or so ago it nosedived in every sense. It's impossible to find anything I'd even remotely like (previously I couldn't choose what to order as everything was appealing), quality degredaded to the extremes, cheap flimsy materials with por stitching, they used to update their selection every morning with new arrivals, now the website hasn't changed in 4 months, delivery used to be a few days, now it can take weeks and they raised their prices. So all in all you get poorer quality clothes for a lot more money and way slower than before. I think I'm done with them

I just purchased makeup from everything5pound's really good sale. Through no fault of theirs my parcel was held up at the post office and I contacted everything5pounds customer service who were lovely chasing up the parcel and regularly emailing with updates, my parcel arrived and I am blown away by the quality of the products too. The concealer and foundation were good coverage and tone, the eyeshadow pallettes are so pigmented with excellent colour choices all very wearable to mix and match, or take from day to evening. It's the little quality touches that make such a difference glass foundation bottle, metal tip on concealers making it easy to keep clean, even a magnetic closure on the lipsticks better quality than even the priceiest brands. reasonable pricing as well as timely delivery

I ordered over Christmas and panicked when it took a while to be delivered. I emailed them and they replied promptly also my delivery turned up. I applaud their patience.

Terrible experience in every way. Poor quality clothes. Poor quality customer service. Only refunded part of my return even though items were faulty. Never ever buying here again.

Ordered just before Christmas so order was held up over the bank holidays. However when the items arrived I was really pleased with the quality and the price. It made them incredibly good value for money.
Sizing seemed perfect apart from one dress which was a bit too snug. However I have passed that to a friend who is very happy.

The quality of the products are excellent .The price's are fabulous and sale prices unbelievable. Highly recommended to keep you up to date with fashion.
