Amazing customer service and great products

After phoning them and saying my parcel had not been dispatched, they went above and beyond to ensure my parcel was delivered by Christmas. They dispatched it on a 24 hr service and did not even ask if they could charge me. Altogether I was impressed considering they must have had a massive influx of orders before Christmas. Happy to buy from again.

Good customer service

Excellent my order hadn't been shipped due to high demand and I was worried it wouldn't arrive for Christmas so I rang customer services and they had it sent out the following day ( Christmas eve) happy with customer service 😀

Good quality items

The customer service was extremely poor, and the delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised dates.

Buy cheap Buy twice

I ordered make up from the site which was very cheap and poor quality. The gel polish peels off and chips like normal nail polish. The lipsticks tasted like plastic and were dry and irritating. The eyeshadow wears off quickly so it all ended up in the bin. Maybe the clothes are better quality?
It felt like a waste of money to me but the delivery was reasonably quick (slowed down by Royal Mail) and it was packaged well enough that nothing was broken.
