Delivery issues

My Oder took some time to be dispatched and arrived damaged. Been a customer many years and this is my first bad experience. Think things have changed since “E5P” changed to just “Everything “. Hopefully it will improve over time

Fantastic

Fantastic!
I had ordered the 50 items for £40, I had emailed to ask if it would be delivered before Christmas (ordered on the 14th) no reply, I waited until the day 6 (20th) and said that I had not received an email back to my previous email, I received an email on the 23rd apologising as the festive period they have less employees, and they will sort dispatch ASAP, to my surprise I received my order on Christmas eve! The products are great and I was so impressed that they managed to get it to me in time for Christmas! Very happy with the service.

Bargain makeup brushes

Delivery was a little slow, but in fairness most post-black Friday deliveries were.
I ordered makeup and the prices were excellent. Quality in products varies, some better than others - but overall I was happy with my order. In particular, the makeup brushes were an absolute bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again

Great stocking fillers if they arrive in time

Ordered some of the wow products as stocking fillers for my granddaughters. Easy to order and great discounts. Unfortunately it took a long time to dispatch my order and I needed to chase it a couple of times. I was then advised that they had been dispatched however it was days before Royal Mail were able to confirm that they had the items. Products finally received on 27th December so a couple of days too late for the intended use which was disappointing. Products were as expected so no complaints there.
