Very easy to order and pay

Very easy to order and pay, good item,average wait time for delivery, just be mindful of the fact that your item will be creased on arrival, I expect this as I ordered satin material clothes but other than that they are great and I will definitely buy again from this site.

Purchased many items online and never…

Purchased many items online and never received them. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still no info about an order. I assume it won't arrive. This website used to be good and really fast at deliveries. Don't know what happened to them. I don't recommend anyone to purchase from them. The customer service is not working anymore. It is impossible to reach them or to get a refund. Everyone please avoid this website !

Seen the website on a site on the…

Seen the website on a site on the internet. It had good reviews ordered a large make up order for my Daughter's for Christmas. This was on the 13th of December, order is being dispatched today the 27th of December. So wasn't in time for Christmas. Wish I never bothered to be honest, if I knew delivery would not be before Christmas.

Customer service is practically non…

Customer service is practically non existent, so if you have a problem, do not expect it to be sorted in a timely manner.

Still waiting 27/12 for an explanation to where one parcel has gone to as Royal Mail left in on the doorstep, gate wide open and full view of the road, then they had the audacity to state it was left in the porch.
No updates from E5P as to where they are up to with this problem
