Scam of a company - DO NOT USE

⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs.

We placed a large order worth £6,900 for hundreds of items, intended for our students. Not a single product was ever delivered. The company initially promised us a full refund, but more than three months later we have received nothing.

This has caused huge disappointment for our students and serious financial loss for us. Communication from the company has been evasive, with constant excuses and broken promises.

In our experience, this company has taken the money and failed to deliver either the goods or the refund. Based on what we’ve gone through, I would strongly advise others not to trust them with your money. Legal action will follow.

Someone called Jay Serrano is absolutely useless and was responsible for our original order.

Completely useless. Made an order far in advance for a very important corporate event.

Not only did the team lie about the items being dispatched, leaving us with no merchandise for the event.

But when it came to them actually sending out the order mid event, we received someone else’s order.

Save your time and go elsewhere.

Tried to call in to get assistance. The person who was dealing with my case was on leave so asked to speak to someone else as it was a matter or urgency. Was left on hold for numerous minutes, then call ended. Called on another phone number, my call was answered immediately. As soon as they heard my voice, they ended the call. I would kind of (not really) but semi-understand if I was complaining, but I just want to place an order. Terrible Customer Service!

Highlighters were dried up just a few months after purchase, opening up brand new boxes of them and they were useless.

raised a complaint, promised a response within 72 hours, even sent a video of the issue and no response.

Extremely poor service, ordered several thousand pounds worth of branded & date stamped goods only for company to fail to deliver in time for the event. Company then promised a refund for the wasted goods, some 3 months later despite numerous phone calls and emails the money is still outstanding. Representatives answering phone now cut you off midway through a conversation, will never provide a direct answer and appear incapable of achieving any progress. Now appear to be ignoring my calls.

I had a lovely experience using Everything branded. Good service, good product. Renoza Ferrer, our account manager was phenomenal in dealing with the order ensuring everything was as requested and the delivery was on time. I loved the final product. I will be using them over and over again.

I've just completed a second order with Everything Branded for our youth Gaelic football team and would definitely recommend. I dealt with Jay Serrano who answered queries quickly and was very helpful. Both orders have been good quality and were delivered quickly.

Jay Serrano at Everything Branded got back to us in a timely and kind manner. The orderring process went smoothly based on the stored proofs they had under our business account. The order arrived as promissed. The usual high quality and the correct item numbers were a given. Will use their services again.

Items arrived and the printing quality was awful. Palmed me off with I approved the artwork and it stated, there could be printing issues - however the printing issued I had were on the other side - plus on their confirmation in clear red writing they said if any issues are found in production they will let me know, they didn’t!!
We are a small company and to lose £600 plus at times like this isn’t on. I just wanted a quality produce. Customer service is terrible - DO NOT USE!!!!!

We ordered 500 units. The branding was misplaced on all of the items and looked awful. 5% of the items where damaged upon arrival, with large rips to the front of the booklets where the branding machine has torn the cover. We made Everything Branded aware of this and they offered us a 10% credit for our next order. We're not interesting in spending any more money with this company as we are clearly not valued. Any other company we have had similar issues with would see the evidence and reprint the entire order without hesitation. We will not be re-ordering via Everything Branded ever again.

BEWARE!

Ordering and delivery went fine.

However the printing on the personalised bags began to peel after ONE DAY. I requested a full refund as the event had passed and my business reputation was impacted by supplying a client with faulty goods.

Contacted Everything Branded immediately with photo proof and despite emails assuring me my refund was being processed I have not had any money back. The order was delivered in MID APRIL and reported the day after supply to my client.

Everything Branded Customer Service are now not responding to my emails despite my legal entitlement to a refund.

Use this company with caution and hope that the goods are of better quality than mine.
