I was pleased with Everything Branded because they were attentive, kept you in the loop at every step, and above all very quick in producing the requested items - in fact they turned everything around in 4 days. Wonderful experience!

I placed a merch order that we needed a fast turn around on. Daniel O was working with us on this, and was always very quick to respond, transparent, and always kept our deadline at the focus so that we wouldn't miss it. I had a lot of questions while going through the order and he was patient with them all. The order arrived in time, and the products were perfect! We attended a careers fair at a university and got a lot of positive feedback on the products. Will definitely be placing all future orders through Everything Branded!

Patrick was so helpful and responsive. He advised on which pen to order so there would be no delays. Then he checked my design carefully to make sure it would print clearly - he even had my design modified so there wouldn't be any bleed between the letters. My pens arrived in double quick time, ready for my upcoming show - and they look brilliant.

Prompt and efficient

Products we ordered were great quality but they sent the order to the wrong place dispite me having to manually type the address to them via email as they don't have a system to input that in.

So order got lost for a few days while with courier, and missed the deadline they said they would have it here by. I emailed them and got a reply every few days, and never got any follow up to confirm I got the items after they messed up.

Patrick provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The merch he created looks amazing, and I’ll definitely be returning to Everything Branded in the future!

Poor quality products, water bottles purchased looked like the logo had been stuck on like a label as opposed to printed onto the metal. Complaints were not taken on board even with photographic evidence and eventually I was got ignored.

I recently searched for customised water bottles for my company and came across Everything Branded online. I requested a quote, and Shrina promptly contacted me, understanding our needs and sending over a quote in no time. The price was competitive, and she provided excellent assistance throughout the process. We were in a bit of a hurry to receive the products, and although the estimated delivery time was 1-2 weeks, we were pleasantly surprised to have them delivered within just two days. Shrina personally reached out to inform us of the expedited delivery, which was a nice touch. The quality of the products was superb, and I would certainly recommend Everything Branded. Their customer service deserves a big thumbs up!

Ivan was really helpful - he answered my many calls and emails in a timely manner and ensured that my bags were sent on time!

Stay away!

I have ordered previously twice from them with Cameron and everything was fine. Now I had to interact with both Jake and Daniel and they have had me on a wild goose chase!

I have been trying to reach anybody from this company since January, no one is monitoring their info inbox and their manager could not be bothered to pick it up either. After calling twice in one day angrily, I finally got around to him. I asked him if they had a different supplier for one of the items i ordered previously he said no it's the same one.

I was very clear to them that this has become urgent, but they kept insisting on getting a PO prior to putting an order in production (this is for £300!!!! so no customer trust whatsoever, even if we have had previous dealings). So I had to go through my company process which takes a while to get a PO, finally get a PO and then I am told that the initial supplier does not do this item anymore, even though I already asked in the beginning if they had a different supplier!

So obviously they wanted more money, I had to go through my hoops again to amend the PO, and all they could say is basically "It is what it is".

Shocking and will not order again!
