I upgraded this from a two star to a four-star since the time I put this in myself and the Midas GM were pushing the claims department pretty hard to get it going. When I was told 24 to 48 hours that... See more

With 20 years of experience working in the warranty business, the head honchos at Everything Breaks know that traditional extended warranties don’t always work in the consumer’s favor. Paying a large sum upfront for extended coverage isn’t consumer-friendly, and being bound to a contract for up to 72 months is just plain unreasonable. So, they created a monthly protection program that works for you by alleviating hefty upfront payments and long-term commitments. At Everything Breaks, we always keep the customer in mind when developing new protection plans. It’s our mission and pleasure to offer great coverage at an affordable price.

I saw an advertisement on TV and called. I spoke to a very nice gentleman Justice. He is so nice and helpful and answered all my questions. I liked everything he said the company offers so I signed up.

I am beyond frustrated with the horrendous service I've received from EverythingBreaks.com. My claim, initiated on October 25, 2024, has turned into a nightmare. They brought in an adjuster who inspected my vehicle and discovered multiple issues beyond just the transmission. After that, everything went downhill.
Despite providing all requested service records, the adjuster has completely cut off communication! For nearly three weeks, I've been trying to reach someone, anyone, at the claims department, but my calls and emails have gone unanswered. It’s as if they have vanished into thin air. When my mechanic called to get authorization for the repairs, he was told they were still waiting for paperwork that was already submitted. How can a company operate like this?
To make matters worse, I haven’t even received a bill for the labor involved in putting my vehicle back together, adding to my financial stress. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I have documented everything: emails, screenshots, and recorded calls.
If you're considering EverythingBreaks.com, think again! Their lack of professionalism and customer service is astonishing. I urge anyone reading this to avoid them unless you enjoy being ignored and left in the lurch. I will not rest until I receive a response and resolution
Andre was very personable, professional and a Christian.

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Denied my claim, repaired shop on hold for hours as well as me. Canceling!! Don’t get involved!!
Worst service, I waste my money for 18 months for nothing. They do not resolve my car's problem, asking for old service receipts instead of doing what they offer. Fake company. Trash

The service agent was very professional. Gave me a plan I couldn’t refuse.
UPDATE: 01/08/2025: Auto dealership received payment after starting on 11/03/24. Auto was at the dealership for this duration! Due to several trials and errors, one can figure out the best way to reach them. Since it took extended time to address this claim, their (or subsidiary/affiliated LLC.) staff, who were further up the "chain of command," refused their full names. Generally, EB did not return phone calls (unless it was the initial return call because of the long wait) or contact auto repair facility. EB does not use online payments instead issues paper checks. Read and compare the reviews, at this time, imho, majority 5 star are for SIGNING UP for the EB auto extended warranties while majority of the negative reviews are for PROCESSING of an auto claim of such warranty.
11/04/2024: They claim on their auto recording that they are a 5-star place while I am on hold for >25 mins. I had to call after my Toyota serv rep attempted to call them and was on the phone >15 mins. Presently, my serv rep for the auto shop and myself have not spoken to anyone. What a joke. I will alter this review, if they do provide the service that they market. If no or questionable services provided then Better Business Bureau, and other govt agencies for consumer protections will be contacted. Buyer Beware.
Heard about this place through a trusted source. Spoke with Chris Cesar and let me tell you... Knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and gave an overall good experience! As far as introduction goes with this company, it has been a very good experience.
Trustworthy and affordable. Great backup plan in case it’s ever needed
1-325-455-7543 <——— this number reaches a spoofed company claiming AutoPro, they are representing Everything Breaks.
Company calls everyday, I am not a female named Laura and I don’t own a 2013 Ford Escape. I told them to stop calling over 30 times, I am not a customer or potential customer. 30 calls later, I finally figured out if you pose as a potential customer, you get the real company behind the calls and it’s amusing wasting their time! (Everthing Breaks). I pose as an Uber driver named John W Gacy every morning on my daily walks. John has a fake 2015 Toyota Corolla with 325k commercial miles and a check engine light with an oil leak. (If you are not a potential customer you get attitude or hung up on) I let them spend the entire time selling me the warranty and at the end I just let them know I wanted to waste their time since no one at the company can stop calling me. They offer a warranty at monthly $29.88 with 50% repair up to $500 and a yearly cap of $2k. *This company uses/poses as AutoPro spoof minions to call and harass relentlessly. This is not a business but a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. They refuse to stop calling or adhering to FTC “do not call” lists.
*Better Business Bureau states: On August 15, 2024 BBB was made aware that AutoPro Warranty Company has been the target of a spoofing scam. Please be aware that this company does not employ telemarketers. To verify correspondence from AutoPro Warranty Company please call the phone number listed in their BBB profile. <——-I’m assuming Everything Breaks is the spoofer.
Update: Everything Breaks uses “AutoPro” (spoofed according to BBB)to call everyday and transfers potential customers to Everything Breaks warranty. They claim I have the wrong company. Can two companies be named Everything Breaks warranty??? Are they spoofed and not reporting it to BBB? Maybe but the review stands until addressed. Guilty by association. Everything Breaks warranty is at the end of all calls associated with my spam. Reading others reviews with the same issue I am confident this is the correct company. Stop calling me
Lovely costumer care very nice and helpful. Thank you very much
This is a horrible company, I've used them for over a year. My car broke down last September. I put my car in the shop of October, the fourth, my car has been in the shop for 2 weeks because they were supposed to pay their end and never did. I am still to this day waiting for them to pay their end. So in the meantime, tomorrow on Saturday, I will have to pay the whole balance of 600 plus dollars because all they had to pay was 400 out of this deal. They are a horrible, horrible Horror company do not use. They don't deserve no stars. Please read the reviews and do not purchase from this company. They are a scam.
Scam, they are a scam. Do not use this company.

They NEVER stop calling to sell me a policy. NEVER. I have no intention of EVER purchasing anything from them.
I just signed up today and I must say the agentI talked to was very professional and nice. Gave me all the information I needed to hear. So I decided to join. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet because I have to wait 30 days before I can use it. This is okay to because I do understand it’s a waiting period.
