I bought 4 EVGA power supplies from Newegg.com in 2023. One failed 3 years later but had a 5 year warranty. They denied my return claiming that the power supply was sold to Amazon and not Newegg. Lost $99.
The idiots know that both Amazon and Newegg buy and sell to and from each other. Anything to deny your warranty. My computer business will never buy their products again.

Quick replacement of PSU

I do not get the bad reviews personally, but I cannot speak for them obviously. I had a very good experience with the customer service, my PSU died out of nowhere within the warranty period; I had to send it to Germany (from Holland) and within a week I received a new one. The online forms were easy to fill in, even though they could improve on it slightly.

Diabolically bad.

Diabolically bad.

Used to be one of the best in the business, customer service WAS sh*t hot. But now have become one of the worst in the business.

I was a loyal customer, spending £1000's with them over the years, but now I will never buy another product from them again.

X15 mouse had already been replaced under RMA, but I had to pay £15!!! to send it back to their Germany branch(nothing in the UK). And now this new one is faulty with a completely different fault (both faults are extremely common problems on this mouse, it also looks like they've pulled the mouse from sale too).
Now they want me to send this one back again at my expense... so i've decided I'm not going to, as doing so again would cost me more in total than the mouse is worth.

Garbage company, avoid.

Fantastic Customer Service

A few years ago I purchased a EVGA Power supply.
I replaced my graphics card in my PC with a new one, and therefore needed an additional PCIE cable. I called EVGA, and without any discussion, I told them what I needed. The next day they shipped me a new PCIE cable for FREE. I call that fantastic customer service.

The old reliable evga is gone...

The old reliable evga is gone.... they had the best customer service and used the best materials fir there line of computer products. Basically it's all over. I had there Z20 keyboard. Still under warranty. I opened an RMA ticket. Paid to ship it back to them in the original box. My unit had a short in the USB cable. 3 weeks later I get the rebuild replacement in a generic box. It's also bad, it has a short in the volume wheel. So I call at 11:30am EST. I get the message that they don't open until 9:00 a.m. PST. So I wait till 1pm PST. Now I get a message they are closed to call back on Monday. I try between 12pm and 5pm Monday and Tuesday still saying they are closed. EVGA has turned into a joke. I almost forgot I opened a second RMA from their website. Describing the replacement they sent me as defective. I get a reply that they now want a credit card number before they'll process it. The moral of the story is avoid EVGA if at all possible.

Their customers service is trash, product is trash. My USB receiver stop working and they want me to send it back as of they're going to repair it. What a joke, they could just send me a new USB but they want to make it difficult for the customer!!!

3080 nvidia card stopped working before the warranty thank goodnes!. 3 flashing lights on the video card made it mandatory card failure apparently and they did the RMA. I'm still waiting after about one week while the return sat in california (their home address). Wonder how long the video card will work this time. Will never buy from evga again. Funny comment was the company isn't doing 40 cards. wonder why!?1!?!?!?

Will not buy from EVGA again.

I have been very disappointed with EVGA's process of dealing with my 2080ti failures.

I am aware that this product is outside the 3yr warranty by 1 year but from what I have read online and watched on YouTube (Gamers Nexus) the faults I am currently experiencing should be a recall issue rather than warranty.

To spend $1700 on a GPU and then have it brick itself in 4 years. Then to find out that the failure i am experiencing is the same issues that others have been identifying for the last 4 years, really makes me mad.

Looks to me like EVGA guys have just been waiting to see if people contact you within warranty period rather than letting people know of the issue. You probably knew there was an issue already and have been sitting on your hands.

Worst customer service, Sent back defective motherboard

Sent defective motherboard back and the cpu sockets were damaged during shipping and they won't refund or send a replacement. Another reason was because I had bought it a few months prior to requesting RMA. I had never taken it out and was waiting on other parts to arrive. They suck never buy from EVGA.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Video card arrived DOA. Then they have this convoluted and unfair return policy. You have to open a ticket and wait for them to approve an RMA, then you only have 14 days to get it returned to them. And, YOU have to pay for your OWN shipping cost to send it back to them. Then wait for them to ship the replacement.

I didn’t have time to wait a month to get a replacement, so I was forced to buy a different card at Best Buy, which worked perfectly out of the box. So, I requested a refund since I don’t need a crappy refurbished replacement that could also end up arriving DOA.

They will NOT issue a refund — you must take a refurbished replacement. So, after a month of screwing around, I now have to sell the replacement on eBay just to try to get my money back. So not worth it!

Honestly, this is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had in 25 years of buying electronic parts online many times over the years. I highly, highly caution anyone against ever buying from this website!

Bought a z690 dark motherboard on…

Bought a z690 dark motherboard on 11/23, board was DOA, would not power on. Contacted EVGA 2 days after I got the board and got no reply. I emailed them again and got a reply stating they could only replace with referb. I asked for a to return for a refund and they said it had been more them 14days since I received the board, its worth noting they drug their feet in getting back with me and that their support number was not working at the time. After going back and forth for over a week they offered to take it back for a refund. but then they would not give me a return address and starting using the F word in place of my name. for a few more days I fought them for a return address witch they gave. I send the board back and did not get a full refund. I had to file a charge back where they lied to my bank about the whole ordeal. stating I did not know how to use a computer and harassing their reps over the phone, yet I was never even able to call them lol

RTX 3090 noch 1 Jahr in Garantie hat versagt , Suport kontaktiert 2 wochen lang mit email hin und her kontaktiert 300 fragen beantwortet und gestern kam die coolste frage aller zeiten

Hello Bekim,

thank you for your reply.

The name on the invoice is not matching the name on your EVGA account.

Could you please provide us more information regarding this?

Looking forward to your reply,

Sure no problem to answer your question foremost I don't see any relevance to who paid the EVGA - 3090 it is just not working properly, and it is in the warranty that is what's important but since you have asked and I don't want to be a dick her it is my answer :

From time to time I work as Call boy and since the card was very expensive I did have to do 3 sessions it was hard, but I did it and Happy customer payed for me I am not supposed to release my customers names, but I think he will understand that. I hope this helps you to decide if my card has still Warranty.

Wen I did ask my attorney about this and he said: I should answer like this:

Just tell them the Fu**** Santa Claus did deliver that and that is his real Name.

since your Delaying strategy is working I was moved to buy new graphic card since I have to do some Sh*** and my customer are getting the opposite of your customers, Fast Solution i did have to bye new one and see this my pc is working again.

this email was so satisfying I really don't care anymore whats happening tom EVGA 3090 GTX I really don'.

So do what ever you want this is going online.

Support ist schrott finger weg von SVGA produkte Wusstet ihr das Sie die serie 40xx nicht mehr produzieren durfen !!! allso finger weg

If I can give 0

If I can give 0, that's exactly what I want to give. Even though I've purchased many products from EVGA, they declined my RMA because the CPU socket was damaged, and they blamed me for it. I honestly have no idea how would CPU socket was damaged. There is only one way to put the CPU in the socket. I've been building my own computers for almost three decades, and I surely didn't install my CPU incorrectly. The mistakes I made were that I didn't check the CPU socket when I opened it from the box because I trusted EVGA. I never thought I would receive a motherboard with a damaged CPU socket. The last mistake is I purchased it directly from the EVGA. You just lost a very loyal customer. I would never buy any EVGA product ever again. Guess what? I could have purchased the new Z790 series from EVGA, but I went with ROG MAXIMUS Z790 EXTREME this time. Bye Bye EVGA!

Bought a GPU

Bought a GPU, it lasted for under a month and then I had to wait 3 weeks for them to receive and verify the product was defective. Now I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to send me a replacement, which will be a refurbished product. They told me I had to pay for shipping if I wanted a refund. Awful customer service, I feel like they scammed me into buying a used product for full price.

Pump and Dump

They sold us overpriced motherboards and power supplies to get higher points for the GPU queue and then when the GPU shortage ended they slashed prices on these items, without any price protection for their (previously) loyal customers.
