The variety of products are good. A huge improvement would be the time to package orders. Seems like every time I order from evike, it takes 5+ days for the order to get a shipping label. I’ve received parts from Hong Kong faster than that.

So the gun is great. The problem is that the batteries don't fit i feel like it was a waste of 300$ in the end. Customer service was good they tried what they could. 100% would not recommend.

Yes, I received my order. I did request an RMA for some items.
Everything I Ordered Arrived
Everything arrived as expected. However, the Watrhog AEG did not come with the same battery connector that the website specified (small tam). Therefore I ordered the wrong battery2 charging combo for it. Thankfully I ordered a second battery and ordered the wrong battery which ended up being the correct battery. I emailed Evike about the incorrect website description for the battery connector on the AEG and never heard back

The order process was easy and the items were shipped and received much faster than expected. Excellent communications throughout the process.
Bad experience
I called customer service after 2 weeks… twice and both times they blamed it on usps. Tracking said label printed. USPS never scanned it because the item was never shipped. Meanwhile, They couldn’t replace the item because it went out of stock everywhere. Thank god I paid with PayPal.
