Amazing airsoft store with amazing customer support
I bought an ak-105 from them and the gun is great. Although unfortunately I bought the wrong bbs and the wrong battery for it since i'm new to owning my own airsoft guns. The customer support guy I talked to got the restock fee dropped despite the battery being opened. I'm absolutely shopping there again in the future, amazing company
Everything seems to be in great order…
Everything seems to be in great order on the website. The prices are very reasonable. I was afraid of red tape when it comes to shipping to Guam. But the experience was just as great as ordering from international companies. No constructive comments I can think of. The plastic mold that held the gun in place in the box was breaking apart and was brittle in places. I'll not speculate on it. It did its job and the gun is in fine shape and function. Thanks again. I will be purchasing again.

Great customer support
The airsoft gun I bought came with a broken iron sight right out of the box. After exchanging a few emails back and forth with the customer support team they sent me out a brand new one that’s way better quality than the original. The og it came with was plastic but the replacement they sent is metal and feels 10x better than the one it came with. It took a little while for responses and for the replacement to arrive but it was right around Christmas so I don’t fault them for that. Over all I couldn’t be more satisfied.
True and trusted
I’ve been a follower of Evike since I was a kid. I was obsessed with tac gear, the community, the brother/sisterhood, tactical movements etc. Wasn’t until I was an adult I could afford these things that I loved so much. These guys are great and more. I must say they take care of the customer. I had an issue with a Black Friday order and the address was off and was sent back to the retailer. First they gave me a full refund and that’s an easier and most companies return policy. I reached out express how much I was let down by missing out on the Black Friday sales and is there anyway you can honor it and could just repurchase the items that were returned. After consulting with their team they contacted me and said it would be no problem at all. They took care of me and they will take care of you. Thank you again Evike! 🤙🏼

Battery acid in package
Cool looking red dot sight but came with three battery acid covered batteries that I barely could remove because they were so crusted together. This was from inside the sealed plastic package.

Don't know if evike or ups but the box was obliterated and I never got the muzzle brake I ordered presumably from it fall out of said destroyed box
Good products and good service
Evike has great products and service. This order had a malfunctioning magazine and I am still working through getting a replacement. Was placed 11/29/25 as a Christmas gift. So far process has been smooth.

Box was awesome!
Ordered the box of awesomeness for my son over Thanksgiving. He knew I ordered it which made making him wait till Christmas incredibly fun, for me. Christmas finally came and he tore into it. The items in the box totaled over $1,200 (new) and everything works! Thank you Evike for helping me make Christmas more fun! I'm basically a hero now.

Terrible warranty / return policy
Overall, evike.com has a great inventory but they get 1-star because they have a terrible terrible return policy. I ordered a gun that came out of the box with a faulty safety. My RMA was approved which means they recognized the faulty gun. However, their "server" messed up and did not provide me a shipping label. I was instead sent a prompt that I should ship out the item at my own expense and a label would not be provided. After I dropped the box off I decided to call customer service and inquire about it. They told me their system messed up and that I should have been given a label and that I should reach out through the RMA email chain for a refund. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed me and said I should have reached out to them for a label instead of shipping at my own expense (even though their instructions told me to). 2 weeks later of super sluggish email responses, they refused to cover the full charge of shipping that I paid even though this was 100% their fault. Extremely frustrated by the entire experience and will never buy from them again.
