Decent experience

I would order a lot MORE, freely, if the return/exchange policy were a bit less "heavy" for me. I would love to see a better return/exchange method in place. I know Evike.com will have a very good explanation for why they can't do an exchange policy like Amazon.com whereby, you don't have to be responsible for shipping as the buyer. I just wish that type of return policy was in place.
Otherwise, great professional organization with an excellent inventory. Website is great, with tons of great products. Service and responsiveness to questions is helpful, courteous, and I'm inclined to utilize it. Pretty good!

Battery dimensions
Very happy with product and packaging. One improvement would be to please include the battery size dimensions in the product description. The battery compartment is small and only specific batteries will work.
