Evike is nice, but….

I enjoy Evike and their products. I just can’t seem to get any response to my Tickets and Emails. I sent in two questions regarding a replica M870 that came busted day one. Both tickets were left unanswered. I then sent an RMA (return) request which didn’t get a response. After several work days I sent an Email to the RMA department and asked about the request. The person that responded to me was pleasant and said they put in another ticket for me. Several days have passed and I have not received anything other than an Email asking me to fill out this review. I’ll try again and see what happens. Wish me luck.

Love this company

I’ve been doing business with Evike.com for a few years. I’ve had to do some exchanging from time to time but not a big deal. They are here to help. They answered all questions every time and were friendly and professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
