Everything is very bad! Evolutionbikes.it sent me the wrong bike model! Instead of the Lapierre OVERVOLT TR 5.6 model, they sent me the cheaper Lapierre OVERVOLT TR 5.5. And I don't need this bike. I'm shocked..

Excellent service. I ordered from Belgium, since I couldn't find the castelli aero bibshort in dark blue anymore in Belgium. Got the package nicely delivered. Very good messaging: a mail when i ordered the product and a mail when they shipped it. Small remark, all mails where in Italian, so you might need to translate that. Thanks for the service.

Ordered a Bianchi Oltre XR3 via the EBAY store and paid same day - Evolution Bikes responded 5 days later to say item was no longer in stock. A refund process was initiated through paypal as a result, however due to exchange rates I have lost £150 (£180 euro) - all due to EVO BIKES negligence. This could have been avoided. I am really dissapointed. Nobody has offered any sort of compensation or real apology. Would not recommend buying from outside Italy for this reason.

I bought a Bianchi Oltre XR3 back in start February. The best price I've seen around with a 40% discount. Unfortunately the bike I had bought was already sold and hadn't been removed from the webpage. As an apology they offered to send me a 2020 model instead of the 2018 model I had bought. The 2020 model hadn't been produced at that point and I had to wait. Short before the bike had been produced COVID-19 had broken loose in Italy and further delays occured. Finally mid July the bike was ready and got shipped to Denmark. Unfortunately the bike arrived with a damaged fork where a small carbon-flake had chipped off. I reached out to Evolution Bikes and they quickly send me a new fork. With all the unlucky events the whole process from paying to receiving the bike took 6 months, but I'm sure its usually alot quicker
