The only complaint I have is the store has taken too much time for sending the shipment.

Good bike and fast delivery cao from Slovenia

Problems quite much after order. Asked price about another bike after ordered one and they had sold the bike I had ordered. They are not answering emails or messages that often. That made it quite hard to go forward with the order process.

Reason for all this was a language barrier. Only the owner is able to help in English.

After 2 weeks after the first order we got in agreement by WhatsApp. Owner explained what was the problem for all hazle.

I got a great bike in a really reasonable offer. Thank you for that. Shipping took under a week to Finland.

After having searched for a while for a good offer for a brandnew XF1 Integra, i found Evolutionbikes. Due to the positive remarks i contacted them directly and they made me a brilliant offer for the wanted e-mtb.
Kept their promises, fast delivery and an absolute recommendation from my point of view.
Bike was delivered 5 days before scheduled delivery date, even in these harsh covid-19/ corona times.

I ordered a new MTB with a different fork than the original one. The bike took around 8 working days to get delivered to Bornholm, Denmark, during the corona crises. Everything was carefully packed, so nothing could happen to the bike during transport. It was easy to unpack the bike and easy to assemble the bike. The mechanics had changed the fork and greased up the small bits and pieces, that needs grease. So it took no time to be ready for the first ride, even though it was my first time to “build” a bike.
All conversation was good and evolutionbikes gave me a good price incl transport, that I would never would have gotten in DK.

Don’t hesitate to write or order from these guys, everything is very professional. Best of all, they sent me messages with every step my bike took during transport, so I was always aware of were it was.

I will definitely recommend evolutionbikes and have already shared their webpage to some of my friends.

Good seller who was quick to reply to questions, chose my bike and had it sent to UK.. Very good service.

Buying a new 2019 Merida Reacto 5000 disc in Corona-time in Naples/Italy could be challenging. But the excellent service of Evolution Bikes combined with a perfect price did right to all the postive reviews on e.g. Google Maps. Shipment left Naples 16 April, arriving Rotterdam on the 20th of April. One week earlier then expected! THANKS again Evolution Bikes Team!!
