I do not recommend this store, I ordered a specific item, AVP PRO 4ml replacement tank and received a standard AVP pod. I called to speak with them and they basically said I ordered the wrong product even though when I click the item on my invoice it takes me to the correct item. Absolutely useless and pathetic customer service, do not use this store.

I always order from evolution when they say 24hours delivery from order they mean it I get mine delivered to Cheshire and the free postage is great will not buy my liquids from anyone else

The website is easy to use. The postage payment on the site is finally sorted out, so order received quickly.

Was a little worried when I never received a dispatch email, as first time ordering, and was thinking of ringing to check. However it turned up within 2 working days, packaged well and as described, so I’m presuming it was dispatched same day. Apart from that, great experience. If this has a proper shop may have to visit as not far and a lot of interesting products

I paid for Royal Mail 24 tracked but took 2 1/2 days to arrive. I ordered a Cleito pro bulb glass but received the 120 bulb which doesn’t fit.apart from that the order was correct.

Ordering online was easy. They phoned to tell me they didn't have my chosen colour. Sorted very easy. Delivered the following day in excellent condition.

Ordered on Saturday about 2pm so plenty of time for them to get the order ready but didn't arrive till Wednesday. Such a shame because they're normally brilliant getting the orders out. Emailed shop about it and was told to ring royal mail, thought that he could be done a bit more to be honest given their delay in shipping.

order placed and paid for but never received. order cancelled without even informing me and goods were still on sale on website. Emailed company but didn't reply and I'm left out of pocket because I had to buy pods elsewhere.
