I am not commenting on the business. Itself just that I think it's pretty disgusting that they have workers show no care or consideration for disabled people. parking in a disabled Bay quite clearly mark. I don't think this is a good advertisement for the business.

They installed cavity wall insulation for me. Arrived before 8 AM before I was ready, with no prior warning. So I'm trying to get ready for work while also sorting access for them and answer their questions. Needed access to a shed which runs the length of my property which I hadn't been asked to clear ahead of time and which is full of stuff. Fine. I can deal with all that. Then, after they completed the works, I find brick dust has entered my house through every open window (the windows are open because it's warm weather currently). Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't know what is involved in these installations and didn't know that I should close my windows/doors and was not asked to do so. So there's dust and insulation beads throughout my shed and house. Additionally and worst of all, a professional video monitor which was in storage in my shed due to infrequent use, was damaged by the work team. Buttons were knocked off and I have looked for them but have not been able to find them - maybe they were hoovered up during the job? Who knows. But they're irreplaceable and gone forever. Probably one of a handful of intact units of its kind in the country and now it's damaged/incomplete because they couldn't be bothered to ask me to move it out of their way (I didn't even realise it WAS in their way). They were scheduled to do my loft insulation the following week but that's not happening now - no way they're coming back in my house. Avoid.
Complaints manager called and asked me to rehash the whole thing for a third time on the phone - did so and said I wasn't interested in restitutions (mainly because I'm still furious) and he just said "OK" and hung up. Appalling.

Bailey the assessor messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still available, he arrived on time and was polite throughout. He investigated my wall cavities and advised on increasing the energy efficiency rating of my house. He didn’t try to force any sales and also steered me away from not worthwhile improvements based on what he saw.

Do not get anywhere close to them. You will be left in the cold, quite literally!
