No consideration for disabled

I am not commenting on the business. Itself just that I think it's pretty disgusting that they have workers show no care or consideration for disabled people. parking in a disabled Bay quite clearly mark. I don't think this is a good advertisement for the business.

They installed cavity wall insulation…

They installed cavity wall insulation for me. Arrived before 8 AM before I was ready, with no prior warning. So I'm trying to get ready for work while also sorting access for them and answer their questions. Needed access to a shed which runs the length of my property which I hadn't been asked to clear ahead of time and which is full of stuff. Fine. I can deal with all that. Then, after they completed the works, I find brick dust has entered my house through every open window (the windows are open because it's warm weather currently). Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't know what is involved in these installations and didn't know that I should close my windows/doors and was not asked to do so. So there's dust and insulation beads throughout my shed and house. Additionally and worst of all, a professional video monitor which was in storage in my shed due to infrequent use, was damaged by the work team. Buttons were knocked off and I have looked for them but have not been able to find them - maybe they were hoovered up during the job? Who knows. But they're irreplaceable and gone forever. Probably one of a handful of intact units of its kind in the country and now it's damaged/incomplete because they couldn't be bothered to ask me to move it out of their way (I didn't even realise it WAS in their way). They were scheduled to do my loft insulation the following week but that's not happening now - no way they're coming back in my house. Avoid.

Complaints manager called and asked me to rehash the whole thing for a third time on the phone - did so and said I wasn't interested in restitutions (mainly because I'm still furious) and he just said "OK" and hung up. Appalling.

We can confirm that our team arrived at 7:55am. While this was just outside the agreed appointment window of 8am to 5pm, we fully acknowledge that we did not make the courtesy call one hour prior to arrival, as we should have. We sincerely apologise for this oversight and any inconvenience it caused you at the start of your day.

Following the installation, our crew carried out a post-installation satisfaction survey with you, which was signed with no concerns noted at the time. We have since reviewed all pre- and post-installation photos, and while we were unable to see visible issues or damage, we understand that you have reported brick dust and insulation beads entering your home and shed. We are sorry to hear that this happened and appreciate how frustrating it would be.
That said, we absolutely take your concerns seriously. When you contacted our office, your call was escalated within 10 minutes, and our Head of Operations personally reached out to you to discuss the matter. We also offered to return to your property promptly to carry out a full inspection, take photographs, and complete a damage report if needed. Although you advised you were unable to provide photos and declined our visit, this offer still remains open, and we’re more than willing to support a resolution.
We’re truly sorry that your experience has led you to cancel your future works with us. All of our customers matter to us, and we would still welcome the opportunity to put this right for you.

Good home assessment company

Bailey the assessor messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still available, he arrived on time and was polite throughout. He investigated my wall cavities and advised on increasing the energy efficiency rating of my house. He didn’t try to force any sales and also steered me away from not worthwhile improvements based on what he saw.

Bailey recently visited my property to carry out an assessment for potential government grants related to energy efficiency improvements. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and gave me some really useful advice on steps I could take to improve the home's EPC rating.

Today, our home was visited by a surveyor Bailey for an inspection of the roof and cavity wall insulation. He notified us in advance, was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. Keep Ignoring me

I have tried to contact Evolve via email, then left a bad review here, and then on email agian. They resoponded to my post on here saying that they would contact me. I have yet to receive a reply.

Do not get anywhere close to them. You will be left in the cold, quite literally!
