Great service, very knowledgeable and extremely keen price
I found these guys on the web. I was after two solar powered velux windows with flashing and insualtion kits and also remote control blinds. The prices were extmemly good and I called them to make sure all the product codes were right. I spoke to a chap called Sam who said that the product was relatively new for them and he would doble check everyhting. He came back within a few hours with the correct list of items, there were a few that needed to be specials because of the solar powered motors and remote controls, saved me a bt more as a result and the delivery came as expected. Couldn't fault them.

Hard to criticise or eulogise about buying a tin of waterproofing gunk to cover shed roof. But it got here in one piece, arrived without incident and sooner than I expected, so that's good! Haven't needed to contact seller, so no opinion on customer service levels, but I'm sure they are all lovely people who love their mums and look after their customers as and when required.
The actual product is great, it keeps the water off the roof, as it says it should. Guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating many many years from now, to see if it continues to do so. But of course without foresight, can't achieve such miricles right now... but oh, here's one thing, it's an absolute faff to spread. Like trying to paste thick treacle , but then again, that's what gives it substance I suppose. All I would say, is if you were looking for a quick application solution to waterproofing a roof, then if it's a big roof and you think you'll quickly fit the job in between your bacon sarnies in the morning and football focus at lunch, and you're not an experienced 'applicator' of such things, then maybe best give yourself more time, get 'a man in', or buy a smaller shed.

Very Very Bad experience to sales manager!!!
The first time order the sales manager told me can remove the VAT if I can provide the export documents, And I had the documents but the sales manager told me some rediculus excuse and can't remove VAT. And the second time when I order I told the sales manager the VAT issue before I ordering, and when I ordering I even write the VAT issue on comments,but is the same the sales manager told me can't remove the VAT becuase the same rediculus excuse.Even I wnat to cancel to order the sales manager say must charge 6% fee , So I am not happy with the sales manager.

I would firstly like to begin by apologising for the issues you faced when ordering with us, and make it clear to other potential customers that we no longer offer VAT returns on any orders.
At the time you placed your first order, you are correct in saying that we had agreed to give you a full VAT return if you provided us with an Export Declaration and a Bill of Lading. The original agreement was that you would pay the VAT to begin with and once you provided us with the two documents we required, we would give you the refund. Unfortunately after trying to get this documentation from you over the course of nearly 3 months, you stopped emailing us and we presumed from that action that you were unable to meet your end of the arrangement. On a number of occasions you were able to provide us with some documentation, however not a single document passed onto us showed the products we had sold you (they all consisted of either 14 or 21 pallets in a container, each pallet holding books, clothes or furniture. As we sold you one pallet with two windows and two flashing kits, the documentation simply didn't provide any proof, which meant that we were unable to claim back the VAT, and subsequently, were unable to refund you.).
On a number of occasions you also asked us to contact your forwarder to sort the documentation on your behalf, which unfortunately isn't our place to do, nor was it part of the original agreement.
Regarding your most recent order, I'm afraid that a VAT return was never an option.
We received an email from yourself on 27/09/12 stating - 'This time my shipper will contact to you directly.' As a result of this we waited for your shipper to call so we could inform him/her of the VAT changes. We were not left with a contact number so we couldn't initiate the conversation ourselves. After a couple of days without a call, we saw that you had placed the order on our system, despite having no contact with anyone at Evo Roofing (05/10/12). We immediately contacted you to explain the situation and the change in our terms and conditions. As you had already placed the order, we had two options - Either cancel or continue. If we continued (as we did) then you would have received your goods within 5 working days (as you did). If you cancelled, we would have resorted back to our company procedures, which at present, is a flat 6% cancellation fee (which is only there to cover card transaction costs).
I'm sorry you feel let down by our service, but assure you of our best intentions at all times.
