Poor performance
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted Evri about this they weren't helpful. I contacted the supplier who provided me with a snapshot of the house that my parcel was sent to. I managed to work out where that was and retrieve the parcel. It wasn't my responsibility to do this. Evri should have contacted the individual courier who should have retrieved the parcel and delivered it to me.

Very inconsistent service
Evri have normally been ok in my experience. Often they get the wrong house, but sometimes they do it with no faults. Overall they are far from being a company I enjoy using, but, when you have to. My recent experience was shocking. I had ordered a package that was posted 2 days after ordering by the seller (the seller was great throughout this experience), and my order was left to sit where it was handed in for 5 days. My tracking was not updated for 5 days, and according to Evri my package was still with the sender (which it wasn't). I was beginning to worry that my package would never arrive, as this has happened in the past with Evri. The package was both collected and delivered to me close to the final delivery date, and I never got to wear my order for what I wanted as the day had passed.

Delays and Misplaced packages
I sent a parcel H00MTA0096694871 via Parcel2Go to them. It arrived at their depot and never arrived to the recipient. They refused to give compensation even though it was confirmed that THEY were the ones that lost it. They are refusing till now and I will escalate.
I sent another parcel directly with them, C00HHA0626264215, paid for next day delivery. It has been 5 DAYS and my package has NOT ARRIVED. They claim its being delayed but it will be delivered in the next 48HRS. IMAGINE! I paid NEXT DAY. I explained its needed urgently for my passport application and they should expedite it, they said they can't.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery
The messages sent to inform me of the pending arrival of my parcel to the holding bay and further messages regarding where my parcel was and when it was on route to me were great.
The only thing the last ‘message’ was ‘it’s on its way’ not that it was ‘out for delivery’ or would arrive in a certain time frame.
But regardless the message received were factual informative and very quick in delivery from ordering to delivery
Hence the 5 star approval
