They could actually do what they are…
They could actually do what they are supposed to do and actually DELIVER a better parcel instead of lying and saying they attempted delivery and the “business” was closed!!! I live in a house and it’s certainly not a business!! Teach your drivers to open gates and leave your parcels where instructed instead of throwing them over the fence or not even bothering to deliver!!! Awful company

Unreliable
I was given a time slot , I made arrangements to be in, that time slot then moved another 2 hours, this delivery driver is never on time, I get a delivery slot and he will turn up randomly the next day, when I get parcels delivered now if I see it’s evri I usually change to Royal Mail or dpd, as the issue has gone on for months. Hes a lively friendly man but just so unreliable sorry
