Repost of my experience back in 2018, becouse (regarding other trustworthy reviews) this company still seems to scam people and this should never to be forgotten (and trustpilot-reviews expire after 3 years)! Also be aware of all those 5-star reviews, most of them really smell like a streamer-promo condition to write a positive review to get a free chair. Also there's another trustpilot page of this company where the rating is at 2.3 starswhich is a much more realistic figure. Don't be fools and don't support this company by any promo event!
So now to my own experience:
The seam of my seat cut open after 3 month of use. After I issued an warranty replacement I was promised to be sent a new seat part (by Silvia zhu). This part never did it to me. So 2 month later after this, I issed a ticket, that my replacement never reached me. I waited another week, but I got no response. After I tried to contact the customer service again through their ticket system my order-reference id was not valid anymore (mysterously?...) and my contact were sent without any of the needed infos regarding my order. I waited some more days and wrote again, including my ordering details in the message itself this time. No response.
After some more mails and contact attemps through their website with no response, I gave all my order details and mail history to the Federal Consumer Protection (Germany).
I would everyone highly advice to buy a chair from any other (gaming)chair producer. Even when its costing 50-100+€ more.

Easily the most comfortable chair I’ve used, a must have for anyone.

I've been using an EwinRacing XL Gaming Chair for 4 years as a professional gaming YouTuber. That's long hours every day at my computer, and the chair is very well made and comfortable. I got a new upgraded one this holiday season, and it's the same great quality with new upgraded features - I like the magnetic head pillow the best - that is a nice new feature.

With a capacity up to 550 lbs, I know it's sturdy enough to lean all the way back in and even sleep in, really. I used my first chair from them for years, and I expect I'll have this one for several more. You can tell right out of the box, the quality is top-notch.

Used Ewin Chairs for years now. Would definitely recommend

I love the chair, I just wish the the main was balanced well with the chair. If I learn forward a bit, I might fall; this wont happen with other chairs I have tried

In working with EwinRacing with their Flash XL chair, it was a smooth experience through shipping and the actual product itself. Fantastic chair that has already made my work/desk experience better. Strong packaging, easy directions, lots of options for how to deal with it. Very impressed across the board.

I am not quite sure why this chair isn’t 5 stars to everyone who has ever experienced it and used it, but I’ve had it since its release and it just keeps getting better. The main issue with gaming chairs is the “dead butt” syndrome after several hours of gaming. This chair has never given me this issue and I’m pathetically skinny with no cushion on my tushion if that makes sense! The quality of the construction and fabric has held up perfectly over the years and this chair has morphed into beyond gaming; it’s my office chair, painting chair, and modeling chair as well. Truly a wonderful company that cares for their products, easy construction, and if you ever need parts or have missing parts, they will work with you immediately and promptly. This chair is a no brainer and I highly, highly, highly recommend it!

I have a Chamion and a Calling and they are both fantastic. Great materials, reasonable price, and have tolerated some hard use. Well designed, well packaged, well built.

I love this chair and how comfortable it is. Lots of adjustable options and very easy to assemble. I ordered the pink and white bunny chair and they ears and bunny tail are super cute. Very well made material and I anticipate to use it for many years to come!! I give this a 10/10!! :D

Great Quality Chairs at a great price. I was a little skeptical when I first found EwinRacing, but since using one of their XL Gaming Chairs for the last 4 years, I can confidently say that these chairs are the real deal. Whether you are using it for business or pleasure, it is a must have for anyone that is looking for a quality, comfortable computer chair for an affordable price!

Gaming chair and RGB Desk are sturdy and durable! Been using the chair for a few years and the desk for a few months and both have been comfortable.

Very good build quality!

Chair is built like a truck, and is very firm. if you are looking for a chair for a larger built individual, this is the one. Most other chairs I have gotten break in 6 months. this one is built to last!

I will say if you are a taller individual, over 6'3 you might want to try it before you buy. I have a bigger torso, and I can see it not working for someone taller than me

Some gaming chairs can be flimsy or made of stiff material but this one is perfect!
I can sit in the chair for hours during a live stream and my back never hurts and I never get uncomfortable. I Would definitely buy another one!

I have been using an Ewin Racing chair for nearly years (Review date wouldn't allow me to choose far enough back, use started in Feb 2022 to current Sep 2023). Two models. The XL model and the more standard size. If you are closer to 6ft tall and 200lbs or more then the XL model is fantastic. I liked both models. Things I liked:

- Both chairs arrived packed well and undamaged
- The chair comes with clear color instructions that were accurate and easy to follow. Assembly in 15 minutes (easier with 2 people mainly for the chair back, but definitely doable with 1 person).
- The leather material is sturdy and hasn't shown any wear over near 2 years of use, padding still holding strong as well
- The arm rests adjust up and down, front to back, and tilt to match the angle your arm makes to the keyboard
- Neck and lumbar pillows were included. In the smaller chair I was most comfortable with no pillows, in the larger chair I found I like the lumbar pillow, if leaning back the neck pillow was handy. The pillows will probably be an experience that varies by the person and their shape
- 1 year of use I used the chair for my full time work from home job and my side hustle creating game videos for YouTube. It was comfortable the whole day. When I got sent back to the office the worst part was not having my Ewin chair, my expensive office chair at work is inferior

Things that could be improved (my opinion):
- Really only one thing needed improved for me. The arm rest are not hard, but aren't foam cushioned. My elbows would hurt at times. I purchased arm rest cushions off of Amazon and it has be perfect. Ewin may want to consider including or offering the arm rest cushions

If you are looking for a full back chair for your office, gaming, or hobby work then this one is great. I have no reservations recommending this to others.

A very great and sturdy chair. Relieves my back pain and provides a ton of back support! I highly recommend this chair if you're looking to upgrade.

I love my pink bunny chair from Ewin. The quality is amazing, it was easy to assemble, and it's a very unique and fun design for a gaming chair! It's a much needed upgrade from my old chair!

I have to say this is the most comfortable chair I've got, we've tried many desk chairs and these are the best. The chairs are well made and very easy to assemble, it only takes about 10min really. The quality is amazing, they are very comfortable and have plenty of options for adjustments and even come with very comfy pillows! I've never had a problem with the company, shipping was fast.

Absolutely love this chair - and it legitimately fixed my back problems I was having. Far superior to every other gaming chair I've ever had.
