Excellent chair and company! Ships fast too!

I love the Ewin Racing Gaming chair it is awesome. It's very comfortable and I like how the chair has great arm rest and can recline back so if you wanted to take a nap in the chair you could. It's a great chair I definitely recommend this chair.

I've had other gaming chairs in the past and had completely given up on the whole style of chair. I actually switched back to a regular office chair for two years before Ewin caught my eye. I have the Flash XL. It's flat on the seat part which really makes a big difference in my comfort. I don't like the hip hugger style. The base of the Ewin chair is METAL! The last gaming chair I had the base was plastic and the holes where the wheels were installed cracked. Really a big fan of Ewin and I'll likely get another one for my son.

The chair is extremely comfortable. Both with and without the neck and lumbar pillow. I personally don’t use neck pillow very much but it is soft, same can be said about the lumbar pillow. However I do wish the lumbar pillow had straps to keep it in one place. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the chair.

The Desk I received is absolutely awesome. I love the sturdy construction and how easy it is to put together , and r and the large work space I know have. However I did find the lights difficult to figure out and wish there where more instructions there. Also would love a remote to control for the lights. So I can select the color the way I want them instead of it being sound based.

chair reclining mechanism broke after couple of months - company refusing to replace it as per warranty
there is no phone number , chat is not working during the hours stated on website. emails are answered sporadically with: "we confirm its broken" and "please pay for replacement part"

I recently purchased an Ewin Racing Chair and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The chair is incredibly heavy-duty and well-constructed, with a solid metal frame and high-quality materials that feel like they can withstand just about anything I throw at them. I was particularly impressed with the 4D armrests, which are often a weak point in other chairs I’ve had.

Bought chair in Dec22 came damaged and they giving me the run around. They don’t honor warranty! They told me they would send in March and May and still haven’t received.

Very friendly people, but the item was made very nicely too. We've been using office chairs for years in our storefront but needed something more comfortable, and that customers wouldn't break! This item is built very strongly, is very comfortable, and looks nice. We've only had it two weeks but so far no problems, and I feel it will hold up much longer than similarly priced office chairs we've used.

Looking through the website a help window popped up and I was able to get assistance and information on their bunny chair. I currently have it and I absolutely love it! it's comfortable and cute. And best of all it is PINK! The details are adorable and I love having this in my office. I get so many compliments. shipping was very fast and I was able to get the chair set up in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this chair and this brand. their staff is quick to respond as well to any questions!

I absolutely love this companies products. I have ordered 3 chairs from them. I am 6'5" and a little over 400lbs. Their big and tall selection is amazing and perfect if you're looking for something to sit at a desk for long periods of time. I pass my old chairs down to my roommates or friends and order a new one for myself each year. They are still in amazing condition and work perfectly when I pass them on. After 3 years my first chair is still rolling and performing great. Highly recommend!

Recently we were given an amazing opportunity to work with an amazing company called E-Win. They make high quality heavy duty gaming chairs. They sent us a GORGEOUS model from their Knight Series. A beautiful yellow office gaming chair of our very own to try out. Heres a great photo we took of the chair fully put together.
Putting it together was super simple and only took me about ten minutes. The chair itself is perfect whether I’m working on a new review, editing the podcast or trying to play some games. It’s the perfect chair for me to interview any one of our innumerable guests. If you’re not watching those they’re on our YouTube Channel and you should definitely help us out over there by shooting us a sub.

I’m only about 5’9″ but the best part is the chair fits me or someone bigger without a problem. I took it for a test drive about 15 minutes after I built it and played Apex Legends for about two hours. I finished off the, unfortunately bad, Ant-man and the Wasp: Quantumania. All the while seated in this brand new and extremely comfortable EwinRacing gaming chair.

I purchased this chair on the Ewin website for over $400, and within a few months, the metal frame inside the upholstery broke. This happened through normal minimal use, and no excessive force was applied to the chair, leading me to believe this is a manufacturing defect or just poor design. This chair has advertised that it can support people up to 7 ft tall and up to 550 lbs, and I purchased this chair because I thought it would be extra study an support me for years. I am only 6'2' and 225 lbs and I spent less than 20 hours in this chair of normal use before the metal frame broke. Ewin advertises on their website a 3 year warranty on the chair, and a 10 year warranty on the frame. When I reached out to Ewin customer support, they refused to replace the broken part (all I asked for to replace the seat base) and they even claimed that this chair does not have a warranty. I began reading reviews online and discovered that Ewin has 38 complaints on the Better Business Bureau, many of which reference the exact same issue - a defective frame and Ewin refusing to honor the warranty. Their customer service is non-existent. You can only contact them via email and it take weeks to respond. When they do respond, they are not helpful and they do not honor their warranty or grantees. If you are considering spending $400 on a chair, I would absolutely recommend any company other than Ewin. This is a terrible product, and terrible customer service. Stay away.

Overall, a fairly good chair, nice and comfortable. Pretty satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. Also, keep in mind, these chairs are way bigger than you think they are, make sure you have adequate space.

Quick shipping and easy set up. The desk works as intended and is pretty sturdy. I wish you could control the rgb lights but I knew I couldn’t before I got it.
