Great chair until it broke multiple times. In regards to customer service absolute rubbish. It has been 3 years of emails and calls on my behalf chasing up a refund of the faulty product and still no resolution. My email go un answered and calls are met with very rude staff responses. If I could rate no stars I would. Do not purchase from here if you want quality products and service.

As someone who's 6'4" it's tough for me to find a chair that fits me properly and E-Win Racing does a great job! I've been using their chair for over a year, with daily usage, and still holds up strong to this day! No cracking, bending or breaking like I've experienced with similar products in the past. You really can't go wrong with their products!

Why are you reading this??? Well, I'm guessing you want to buy a chair and want someone to tell you if you should do it! Well, look no further.

I was asked to do a review of this chair on my music reaction channel and went into the good and the bad. The good far outweighed the bad, but I did have something occur that was actually kind of funny. First off, I do challenge anyone to find something they don't like about this product. It is truly one of the best gaming chairs we have owned. Now, the one main factor that needs to be considered is - COST. It might be a scary thing to put down around $400 for a chair, but it is worth every last cent. The comparable chairs out there are simply not built with the same quality. Rather that I go on and on here, please check out my review on YouTube as I DO go into the funny thing that I talk about one of the negatives. (I don't know if I can really blame the CHAIR for it, per se, but check it out by searching for "Larryshair Chair" and look for the review that is 19 minutes and 47 seconds. Hope it helps!

I recently needed a gaming chair as my previous gaming chair was all worn out. I have known about Ewinracing BUT have never tried one of there chairs until now! Im so happy I took the chance as its the best chair I have ever used. I decided on the bigger Flash XL because even tho Im on the thin side I wanted to have lots of room and space for me to cross my legs or even have my blanket/small pillow with me. Its so sturdy ( the build quality is real tough and strong) but still very comfy. (It is softer vs the secret lab chair its replacing those chairs "look" soft but are really FIRM but this Flash XL is softer and easier on my bottom) Not recliner soft but softer and thats all that counts. If I buy another I will need to try the fabric version if they make one in a large size. No regrets and I will buy again.

EwinRacing chairs has incredibly sturdy chairs that are comfortable and built to last. Being a bigger guy, chairs are hard to come by, but EwinRacing Chairs are some of the best! Though I've had issues with chairs in the past not working as expected, seats/metal bending even though I'm under the recommended weight, EwinRacing Chairs are well made and work better than expected.

I've been sitting in office chairs for a good part of my work life, and I've never sat in one as comfortable as the Champion Series from E-Win Racing. When I ordered mine, I was asked for my height and weight, and I felt as if it were designed specifically for me. I was instantly at home and can tell right away that the materials are of a high quality. I don't think I'll ever sit in anything at my desk ever again.

On top of that, the chair was incredibly easy to put together. I had plenty of extra materials included in case I lose any, and there was even a pair of gloves included to ensure I didn't pinch my fingers or get any excess material on my hands.

I can't recommend this chair enough. They're made for gamers of all sizes, even larger-framed ones. You won't be disappointed with this product.

Sturdy, solid and easy to assemble. Adjustable feet ensures level. Multiple lighting modes and speeds. Cable ports are handy. Nice carbon fiber style finish.

I am so happy with my new gaming chair! It offers a unique design and excellent comfort with premium materials. It gets the basics perfect for an immersive gaming experience and serves as a great, stylish office chair as well. I absolutely love it! I’m very happy with my EWin gaming chairs. I have one of them in my gaming room, and my wife has one in her office. She was having back trouble and tried my chair and was sold right away. The adjustability, strength and comfort of this chair make it perfect for me.

The chair was a great bargain for what you get, especially when compared to how expensive certain brands are these days. I've had no issues at all and the chair is probably the softest gaming chair I've tried.

When it comes to sitting in front of my desk, having a comfortable chair has been a bit of a challenge. I've tested a few gaming chairs in the past, one was okay, and one was way too narrow, but I've always kept an eye on what the team at EwinRacing has been doing. Known for their premium materials, quality construction, and varied sizes of chairs, and looking at their really convenient buyers guide tool, I decided on the Champion.

There's a lot that sets the Champion apart from other offerings in the EwinRacing line. First and foremost, I am not a fan of leather seats, being a bigger guy I feel like they are hot and sticky, and I just don't like the feel. Plus every time you move they make noise. Not so with the Champion as you can get it with their unique cloth material. The Champion is EwinRacing's Heavy Duty gaming chair, designed to be able to support up-to 400LBS, while other chairs can only hold up-to 300LBS.

Next up, I don't like gaming chairs that have what I call wings in the seat. This curved side cradles people and keeps them centered in the chair. That's great if you're not 230 lb. EwinRacing offers two different seat designs, that curved design along with a flat. The Champion is available with a flat seat, and as soon as I saw this I knew this was the one.

Inside the box, you'll get the chair and its various components, and inside the box with the seat mount will be your instruction manual, Allen wrenches, and other odds and ends. The instruction manual could definitely be improved, it zigzags left to right, then right to left. I found myself doing steps out of order due to this design, but once I realized that's what was happening I was quickly able to address any errors or confusion.

Assembly took about 25 minutes, nothing too serious. I did use the Allen wrenches included with the chair versus using my own tools. The nice thing is that EwinRacing used nice, large Allen head screws that you don't need to worry about stripping out. The depth of the screw head is also very good, meaning the Allen wrench bites into more material so it will grip and not slip and strip.

Due to the SoftWeave Fabric construction of the Champion, the back is a little bit different than some of their other chairs. Other EwinRacing chairs have elastic straps for the lower lumbar support to keep it in place. For the Champion, it simply sits at the lower part of the seat. However, the headrest has an elastic band that goes around the top of the chair to hold it in place. I actually found myself not utilizing the lower lumbar support as I found a very comfortable position for the adjustable back for me.

One thing I will say is that the foam that makes up the seat is rather firm. I did not initially expect this. I am hoping that means it will not break down quickly and will stand the test of time. The 4D adjustable armrests are extremely nice, you can adjust them up or down, twist them towards the inside or outside of the chair, or slide them forward or back. Reclining in the Champion was not ideal for me, I felt like I was going to tip over backward if I went to the extreme, and I'm one that doesn't like to sleep in office chairs anyways. But for those who do, this is definitely an option for you.

Should you buy one?
While I have lost weight in recent years, I'm still a pretty big guy. As such I find many gaming chairs to have very uncomfortable seats due to how narrow they are. The EwinRacing Champion is exactly what I've been looking for. The seat does not dig into my thighs, it provides me support in all the right areas, it's incredibly adjustable, and I can now see why this is considered to be a premium product. That premium quality costs, however, so this is an investment. The wonderful thing is that EwinRacing offers a number of different chairs for every budget, but given the choice, this is the one that I would purchase myself.

I have sent multiple emails, made multiple calls over 3 months and being promised a call back or action taken over my warranty claim with no response. Carbonetics Australia is the sole distributor for EWIN seats and they now show no stock on their website. I even emailed EWIN USA for assistance with no response. Does anyone have any information on this company, I have a feeling that they are no longer operational in Australia as the number I have rang is no longer connected.

I bought the [E-WIN Flash XL Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair with Pillows-FLH-XL] using the AfterPay app, got the chair, didn't like it for a few reasons, put in a request to return the chair on the website, no answer, reached out to the person who contacted me about ordering it and gave me the tracking number originally, got an address and return acceptance thing, nearly cost 200 bucks to return it, no response or reply, had to reach again to get a reply, was told they would get me information on the chair that was returned since it does show that it arrived and received.

So far no money refund or a response after 2 weeks of patiently waiting, sent another follow-up, awaiting a response, and figured I put out my experience with this company just so other people can be ready for this event if they do return anything to them.

I bought this chair just over two years and was relatively happy with it until last month when the steel frame snapped in the seat. This should be covered by their 10 year warranty on the frame.

I have been emailing them repeatedly as this is the only way to contact them and have received nothing in the way of response.

I had a similar issue when I bought the chair as they never sent out a tracking number or responded to my emails requesting an ETA.

2 stars because the chair itself was fine until it broke.

I've never left a Trust Pilot review before, but the guidelines say to keep it factual and honest - so here we go:

- May 2021: Purchased an Ewin heavy duty chair (said to hold up to 550lbs). Right after buying (less than 5 minutes after) realized I bought the wrong one. I meant to buy the one with the flat seat. Immediately emailed their customer support team since they do not have any customer support phone number or chat option. Figured they would get back to me within a few hours. Nobody ever got back to me - at all. So, I ordered a second chair (paid for both) to make sure it didn't go out of stock (was some Mother's Day sale they were running). Emailed them a second time about returning one. Both chairs shipped out on 5/11/2021 and they never once replied to my original inquiry. Frustrating, but I got my roommate to buy the other chair (they needed a new chair) so all was fine and I just figured whatever, they were probably busy due to Mother's Day sale. Got both chairs, set them up, both were great. Seemed heavy duty, comfortable, etc. All was good.

- January 2022: My chair started failing. The seat part has a lever that controls forward and backwards tilt. I thought at first it was the gas lift, but it was something called the 'Frog Tray'. At the time. I was 100 lbs smaller than the top weight it advertised it held. At the same time, the other chair's frog lift started failing and the tilt to move the back of the chair was also failing, but neither had fully failed so we didn't warranty claim or anything at the time for the second chair. In any event, emailed on 1/7/2022. After many days of back and forth, Ewin advised they would send a replacement frog tray on 1/12/2022. Nothing ever arrived and I emailed them again on 1/26/2022. They advised it was being sent the following day. On 1/27/2022 they sent a tracking number and I received the frog tray a few days later. Installed, fully fixed the issue with the tilt. All was fine.

- February, March, and April 2023: Frog tray on the same chair failed a second time. Since January of 2022 I had lost 65+ lbs so I weighed even less. Emailed Ewin for help on 2/13/2023. Never heard back. Checked 'Junk' email and I did see a 1 line reply saying to send a video sent on 2/13/2023. Not their fault as Gmail flagged it as Spam. Apologized to them and sent the video on 3/28/2023. They replied saying they couldn't clearly see the lever (?) and made it seem like it was my fault? The video clearly showed the lever in it and this message basically asked if I was sure it couldn't really be adjusted (*???*). Considering this is the second time this happened, I am sure I know how to adjust the tilt on the chair (also since I've had the chair at this point for going on 2 years - it is fully under warranty).

I replied back to them immediately and sent a second video showing everything in even more detail on March 29, 2023. Today is April 11, 2023 and they have never replied to that email message thread. I reached out one final time and said the following:

"Hello EWin Racing team,

At this time since nobody has replied at this point for the last 7+ days, I am going to assume that the reason for this is you no longer wish to assist in this matter.

Please reply to this email with the following:

- Contact information of your Customer Experience Manager
- Contact information of your Legal Team
- Contact information of your Social Media Manager contact

I'm at the point where I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for guidance on how to proceed as well." (note - I did open a case with BBB).

There was more to the email, but in respect of Trust Pilot's terms, I am not including it. In simple terms it calls out that the advertised weight limit is 550lbs but I weigh nearly 175lbs less than this and my roommate weighs 250+lbs less than this. His chair is fully broken at this point (the frog tray and the back of the chair). I explained they need to reach back out and stop ignoring me.

I had an idea that perhaps the message string itself was too large (due to the videos) and maybe their server was flagging it as spam or something. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (I try to see the good in people), I sent a separate email string to them. It included the entire last message I sent plus a blurb about why I was sending a new message.

Apologies? Customer service anything? Any attempt to do anything positive? Nope. None. Instead these are verbatim emails I've received back:

4/5/2023: I'd like you could send the link of the video again.

4/6/2023: Is the mechanism can not be locked?

Since then, zero replies. I've sent like 5+. They completely ghosted me, no replies, nothing.

AVOID this company at ALL COSTS. There is no way to actually reach them. At all. I wish I could do a chargeback. I have been in contact with an attorney at this point. I don't know what else to do, but do NOT do business with them.

I was sent a beautiful and high quality gaming desk and I was not disappointed. It was extremely easy to assemble and it compliments my stream setup very nicely. Great product!

It is a super comfortable chair with high quality material. It was easy to put together and has been pretty good so far. It's a bit expensive and for my physical body, is a little bit big.
