I was able to purchase the "EWin Champion Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair with Pillows" for my home. I was looking for something that can take my weight but provide my back with enough support to work from home on my computer. The chair real quick once purchased and arrived in just 2 days! Wicked! Then the install was pretty quick, took me about 20 minutes to put the chair together. Once put together, I sat down on my chair to fully check it out. I was shocked as the chair didn't strain or make a noise like other chairs do with my body weight. I was able to fully relax in a secured position. My back didn't hurt at all but felt very comfortable like laying down on a bed. I took it for the test by sitting in the chair for a few hours while I did my work from home job. Lo and behold, not once did I have to stand up to stretch my legs and back due to the strain. The time flew by and once I was done with those few hours of work, I was fine. No back pain, no leg pain, I was able to enjoy my day without pain. If your a heavyset dude like me, You will need a chair that can take your weight while also protecting your back during those times of work or even gaming.

Got the Champion Series Ergonomic Gaming Chair in all black and I am IMPRESSED with the quality of this chair. Set up took me about 15 min, and everything I could possibly need for assembly came with the product which made set up easy and efficient. The quality of the fabric is beautiful. The chair is comfortable, sturdy, great quality and super comfortable! I also got the E-WIN 2.0 Edition RGB Gaming Desk with Smart Wireless Charger And USB Port and love the carbon fiber desktop. I first thought the lights weren't working, but once connected correctly, it's so fun to watch the lights move in color and speed along to the music. The desk is heavy, which I like. It is sturdy and great quality. I finally have space for all my needs. The cup and phone holder are an awesome bonus, and I love that I can move it beneath the table if I want it out of the way. All around great chair and desk! Def. recommend.

I've been using Ewin Racing chairs for well over 4 years.
I've had two of them since and purchased a few for some family and friends. I get three in one, comfortability, durability and great aesthetics.
My current Ewin chair (champion series) i've been using for over 2 years and its still in great shape. Only time when i "need" to buy another one is when i WANT to buy another one.

From the customer service down to the product their selves, i've always been well satisfied.

I bought the Knight series chair because it's ergonomic and I needed more support for my back; I work on a computer just about 24/7. I have tried a lot of chairs throughout the years and this is my first "gaming" chair. I must say, before looking for chairs with back support I did not get the appeal of "gaming" chairs... but now I do! I do not know about the other Ewinracing chairs, but the Knight series has lumbar support and a pillow for your head; the chair can go straight up vertically too, and is heavy-duty. Additionally, the head support as well as how sturdy this chair is has made a noticeable difference after so many years. It also did not cost as much as other chairs I had in the past which is a plus. I recommend this chair specifically!

Second time to order from E-WIN, the black big and tall gaming chair is really wider than my original white one, it's more comfortable, i recomment this brand for each gamers!

I dont know whom is looking after the orders or managing the company but they are god damn useless, avoid this company if you dont want to spend money to wait a month for a reply let alone a shipping date, "please send an email to support" why so you can put it in the delete folder and not bother to respond. Avoid this company and if you spent money get your bank to do a charge back for you dont bother trying to deal with them.

I purchased a chair for $220 on the idea that the chair was meant for people up to 400 pounds (I weigh about 200 pounds), so, I thought it would be perfect. However, in two months, the gas cylinder broke. I contacted the support team, and they were more than happy to send a new gas cylinder. However, a problem occurred. While removing the old gas cylinder, I managed to remove the cylinder from the five star base. It wouldn't come out from the swivel base/tray. A pipe wrench and hammer were used to try and remove the cylinder, with no luck. When I asked the support team about receiving the mount in addition to the gas cylinder, I was quoted $45 for the part and $15 for shipping. Their warranty policy seems to cover the bare minimum, even when craftsmanship problems caused the swivel base to be unusable. The chair, otherwise, has been relatively good. However, I don't plan on purchasing from EWIN-Racing again, and I would recommend against others from purchasing a chair from them. Their warranty is lack luster, the support team doesn't really want to solve problems, and for $200, you could probably get a better chair. If EWIN-Racing decides to correct the issue, I will update this review. However, for now, stay away.

I just brought the chair on Jan 20th, 2023 and received it on January 27th, 2023. Putting the chair together wasn’t bad. The only thing is the chair leans forward and makes me feel like I’m going to face plant. It’s hard to move around my room floor on the wheels. I’m going to give the chair more time since I am almost to the weight limit and comeback to review once I lose more weight and see if I have the same issue in a few months.

Worst company to deal with, do not trust these guys. I ordered a chair and recieved a invoice by email and a pending order on my ewin account. The following day I looked on my new ewin account to see when the eta would be and saw that that the pending order had disappeared. Unlike the issues other customers below have had with customer support, they were quick to respond. They explained that they don't ship to europe so the transaction would be refunded. When I asked for a timescale on the refund there was silence. Over the next few weeks I contacted them numerous times opening a new case each time with each case going silent after a couple of exchanges. After a month i contacted my bank who thankfully were able to initiate a charge back.

I'm sitting here in front of my PC, both legs and lower back going through pain, rated at about a seven. I bought an Ewin Flash XL a few years ago, and was so blessed to finally had found a chair that was COMFORTABLE. The lift piston malfunctioned after about four years, and was a hassle to mess with to get the correct height. I did a stupid thing and put it out to the curb instead of trying to get it fixed. It was gone in <30 minutes. Damb it. So, I bought a cheaper chair, and am suffering because of it. Finally, ordered another Ewin chair, and will sell this one I'm sitting in. Should have paid just a few bucks more and stuck with Ewin. Ah, live and learn, huh? I've never had a problem with their customer service. Although it was just email conversations, all was fine.

I have used this game chair for several months. It is really amazing and comfortable to sit . I especially like its pillow and can reduce the pressure of my neck. This is really a good product. I have become their super fans and plan to send my friends.

All of these cheap colorful pc racing chairs are junk., Everyone of them. Never have I met anyone who has enjoyed these junk chairs. Never.
This ewin I have had for 3 years it was easy to assemble and that is the only positive thing I can say. It is falling apart worse than the old cheap office depot chair I am sitting in now. What junk for $350.00 bucks I could have bought another cheap chair and had better luck . The ewin is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat in.total junk and so uncomfortable.
Of all the cheap chairs I have bought this is by far the king of crap. there is no way this chair is enjoyable not because of my size I am 6'1" and 155 lbs. Its junk because it is junk

AMAZING chairs and AMAZING customer service! needed a replacement part and they are sending one right away! I am a streamer and I love my chair! I have personally purchased six of them for myself and for gifts for others, I am plus size and their XL series is an awesome option for people like me. Strong, durable and will last FOREVER! Don’t think twice choose EWIN!

Would give 0 stars if i could! I'm under the height and weight restrictions of the chair - the base broke in less than a year. No refund because their refund policy is a whopping FOURTEEN DAYS. Additionally, they sent the wrong assembly instructions all together.

Additionally have been following up about replacement parts and have learned that if they don't like your email response (I.e. questioning their policy) they will simply ignore you until you play by their rules. Horrible way to deal with customers.

Wish I had read more reviews before I was tempted into buying this chair while it was on sale. Put your money elsewhere - not towards poor quality chairs that can't stand up to daily use

Bought the chair for the weight limit it held. Had it two months and broke. I'm 200#'s under the weight limit. They told me they won't warranty the chair that it was my fault it broke. Now I'm having trouble getting the parts from them in order to fix the chair. What a waste of money.

Terrible chairs, they break within the first 2 months, they give you replacements but then something else just breaks
