Really poor customer service it seems…
Really poor customer service it seems that after a sale has been made they disregard any issues. They did not confirm which grain size I wanted and now I'm left with about 2000 pounds of useless render. Also when requesting a return of sum 25% extra materials they point blankly refused. They even initially told me ok to return if I paid for additional materials first which I did they they said they would not take back the materials. Feel totally duped and will take to Trading Standard. Stay well clear people!

Regarding your request to swap the rockwool from invoice 158624 (issued on November 10, 2023) with invoice 179955 (dated April 29, 2024), there's a significant time gap of 5 months, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. However, if you wish to reorder a different product, we're here to assist you. I'm sorry this is not the outcome you were hoping for. Thank you for your understanding.

Great product and excellent service
