The range of products offered is great and the prices are very competitive. There were some issues with availability of the items ordered but customer support was very helpful and eventually proposed to give slightly better items to make up for the availability problems.

I recently purchased a whole new hifi setup from AV.the whole process from start to finish was fantastic, and as someone coming back to owning hifi equipment after 30 years i had several questions to ask, and nothing was too much trouble for the person i was dealing with. I was looking for something to replace an old separates hi-fi system and considered good quality units from B&O, Sonos, Denon & JBL. I chose the Denon home 350 based on other reviews and am delighted with it The deep base is matched only by my B&O headphones and general clarity of sound and build quality is excellent. The sound won’t beat my old floor standing speakers for volume but how often do you really need that level? As an everyday music system it is all you will need and the sound fills the ground floor of my house. Streaming of Spotify and radio works really well through my iPhone. Highly recommended.

I had two problems with my order firstly that one part broke. For this they were very quick to collect, test and replace it (on Christmas week no less). So excellent there but I was waiting for almost two months on one part of the order. I feel here they could have been done better in communicating when the goods would be sent out and also that they had no stock at point of order. Partly caused by Brexit related stock issues though. Only real let down was order came with a free cable package but the hdmi cable they provide is a half meter which honestly is effectivley useless at that length as far as I can work out. Overall would definetley use again, the turn around on a replacement part I cannot stress enough was excellent and I'm a firm believer you only see what a company is like when you have to engage with them about a problem.

Ordered two pairs of Dali speakers. This is my third large order to Exceptional AV in as many months (these previous orders proceeded faultlessly). Paid for the speakers and then subsequently informed that they were out of stock. In this day and age of computerisation and automated stock control, I cannot see why web sites cannot be updated automatically. I then had to go through the rigmarole of applying for a refund and now waiting for confirmation that it has filtered through. Don’t want to reorder from another provider until refund is in my account. However, 5 out of 5 stars to Karl for the efficient and timely organisation of this refund and responding to my email with immediate response.
