After misplacing my watch at Stansted…

After misplacing my watch at Stansted airport, the team, especially Claudia were able to find my item safely and promptly let me know. Her hard work, efficiency and dedication to her job is greatly appreciated and admirable! Claudia turned a stressful situation into a calm and professional experience, ultimately reuniting me with my watch, thank you!

Tatyana at Stansted was wonderful

Tatyana at Stansted was wonderful. So kind and helpful. She could see where I was going to struggle with the lock and was able to preempt my difficulty.
Without staff like Tatyana, a company would not thrive. She is a credit to the company. Thank you for being so kind and understanding

A wonderful experience at Stansted Airport

I had such a beautiful experience at Stansted Airport today, all thanks to Nimisha, brilliant customer service, warm, welcoming, polite, attentive and knows exactly how to calm a frantic passenger down like myself, Nimisha went above and beyond to help me, find my lost bag (which had all my important documents, etc inside) thank you for helping find my lost bag much appreciated.
