I am thrilled with the perks when I logged on to my acct. which might I add logging onto my acct. was very easy,I have no problems navigating my acct finding what I need is easy I am very happy with my service,I live in a very rural area and have never has any problems with service.overall no complaints.

I haven't experienced dropped calls or issues with text messages. Plus, whatever data is not used at the end of each month rolls over- I have plenty of extra data saved for an upcoming trip where Wi-Fi won't be as readily accessible.

It’s been a journey but never a struggle with lifeline

My experience has been great all though the phones provided could be a little more sturdy battery’s dont hold charges pretty quickly , need a new one badly . Other than that it’s been great,

So far in comparison to other lifeline telecommunication carriers, Excess Telecom is my top of the line choice. I love the fact that their customer service Representatives are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, I'm willing to go above and beyond if it's within their power to. I happen to have the lifeline advantage plan, which in my opinion, is well worth the $1 a month fee.
