In the past, I had contact with Hilary Caplan who discussed electric prices with me. Due to timing I was still held in another contract. Today I called her and was greeted by the same bubbly Hilary Caplan. She even remembered who I was. We discussed in depth current energy prices on offer. Current market prices where checked against my current supplier rates. (we have been with current supplier for approx.5 years so I thought no one would beat their prices.) We discussed benefits or either 2 year or 3 year contract and made comparable charges. Hilary went over all the charges and offered several suitable rates from different companies. The company I chose was over 4p cheaper on day rate than my excessing company newest contract offer. In the current times, that's a huge saving. Hilary also was able to give advice on Government support to the small business suppler Loads of good advice. Thankyou for your support today.

Kirsty Schofield proved very helpful in providing a renewing our gas contract, Can’t thank her enough.

I dealt with Kirsty, who was really supportive throughout the process. At the time we were trying to lock down deals, suppliers were pulling offers by the hour, due to issues with Nordstream. Despite this Kirsty worked really hard to secure alternative offers without us losing out on price. I would deal with Kirsty and EU again.

Spoke to Hilary Caplan at Exchange Utility who was very eager to help us get a new energy contract set up. Everything was quick and painless and the deal they found will save us about £2900 a year. Very happy with the service.

The move of our electricity contract to a new provider came into difficulties when the existing provider rejected the transfer. Helen and Sophie were very helpful, acted on our behalf, kept me informed and resolved the problem ensuring that the transfer was completed.
