Great customer experience
d admin fees on top, making the total price £20 more expensive than other sources within the UK (not Exclusivepen’s responsibility though). All in all, Exclusivepen went ahead customs and my package only spent 1 day on customs to clear taxes, which talks good about their knowledge and experience in online sales outside the EU frontiers (I have worked on import/exports dispatch myself), they know their thing and made the process so smooth, that together with the possisbility of paying through paypal and use my paypal 0% finance made my experience very satisfactory. Very good packaging, smooth shipment through customs, good payment options, and about the backpack: WOW, I didn’t expect this quality of materials, I cannot even describe it. Fabrics and overall attention to details is something you cannot see on YT videos, you have to feel it for yourself. All in all a very good purchase, and the best lightweight option for backpack-only travel. The only con I could mention is I don’t think the 26l option would make it through as personal item on budget airlines, so if this is your purpose, go for the 20l option. The bronze colour is very sexy to see and seems durable, will see if it stands dirt, but the materials seem to be outdoor-ready, only time will tell. Will purchase from this shop again.
