Worst place to book a holiday .i was due to fly threw these lot with thomas cook next may so i ended up just caneling my holiday because they were looking more money.i had tryed to cancel my holiday the last 7 days but they just keep telling my i have to do diferent things to cancel is its geting to point ther hangin up the phones when i asked them to do it absolute joke of a company to try work with.ther only nice on phone when ur payin them money

Came back from benidorm a fortnight ago and had no problem with the service we had .everytime we phoned about any issues was dealt straight away book with them again for xnas

Such poor service on the phone. Saw a deal for £211(usually goes up £30ish when you call), wanted to charge nearly £250 more, super rude, put me through to a 'colleague' who was even more unhelp and hung up whilst I was midsentence. Perhaps its fate I didn't end up booking with them, I wouldn't even bother calling up.

If I could put minus I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY !!! I was mis sold a holiday and the customer service manager Kelly is very abusive rude and shouts over you when you are speaking. I am presently in a battle with them due to giving a booking reference and the price was in my budget to then be asked to pay almost double saying I gave them permission. Save yourself heartache and book with a reputable company instead.

What a joke this company is i paid nearly 2000 for a holiday in majorca for 4 people at the coloumbo mix hotle they tell you when you call you will have a room with a nice view what a joke thdy book the worst room ecnomy style you havd to pay for a upgrade at 15euros a night not just happen to me 4 more pepole the same week exp the same when you call them thdy dont want to no very rude just say pay more if you want better never waste your money with them

Absolute gang of clowns never even think of booking with these price you see isn’t the price you get it inflates dramatically they try to push add ons on to you that you don’t need and there customer relations is shocking I phoned whilst away with my daughter to enquire about my transfer times and was given the heigh of abuse and to to fxxx off by there staff who the cowardly put the phone down next time would sooner stay at home

never ever, ever, book a holiday through this company. my cost of the trip increased by hundreds of euro as soon as i called the number for the deal i found. they got annoyed with me when i called and calmly asked to confirm that my booking was in order. I asked them to email or send a quick text before we left to confirm and i heard nothing, when we arrived at our destination in spain nothing was as i had asked and paid for. our shuttle for our return flight never showed up and when we checked the transfer log it had been sent to a different hotel. we had to pay for a taxi there only to find that the other hotel was not even open for business so we had no choice but to get the taxi to the airport at a further cost of 60 euro. most disrepectful dealing i ever had with any company which was supposedly working for me. when I booked their agent told me 'oh yes, you can have breakfast in one Htop hotel and dinner in another' and drinks with meals etc including snacks. none of this was true. they farm out your arrangements to sub companies and the inter communication between them is dreadful. i have never used an agent before and will not do so again after this experience. they just would not listen to me or acknowledge anything i said, bad, bad, bad, no stars for these people.

Booked with this company for the first and last time, mistakes made by the staff and when I raised a complaint so called supervisor was patronising and claimed I had made the mistake. Apparently our budget was not good enough and we should have paid just a little bit more to get something better!!! Was given incorrect email address to send my complaint email, don't really hold out much hope for what we are going away to. Their customer service is a joke and after sales care is non existent
